KOOL 106.5's audio stream is currently experiencing technical difficulties. Engineers are working on the problem.

On the video side I'm getting a whole lot of buffering. Are more listeners experiencing the same problem.

And a big thanks to the TV announcers who just had a big "shout out" to me as I'm missing tonight's game. It is only the second Warhanwk football game that  I've missed since 1988. The other was the 2006 Mary Hardin-Baylor game down in Texas just a couple weeks after my stroke.  Thanks guys for the  shout-out - it meant alot to me!!!

No buffering at all, voice.  Good quality and sound.

Well, the Wash U offense is not very good.  Or the Warhawk defense is very good. or both  :)

On the NBC Chicago 10 PM news tonight, sportscaster and former Bear Mike Adamle reported that his sources with the Bears have indicated that chances are now "very good" that Matt Blanchard will be signed to the Bears practice squad.
I believe he is still able to be claimed by other teams, but apparently the Bears have the desire to sign him.

Looks like McClin will do just fine filling in for Timm this year. Two picks, one being a pick 6. And he's only a sophomore.

Offense looks a little rusty, which was expected.

Defense looks absolutely awesome. Wiesmer had a great sack in the second half. He was knocked down in the backfield, got back up and chased the qb down from behind for a sack...unreal, great hustle.

Packers might be interested in a practice squad QB too as they cut B.J.Coleman - or they might try to sign him to their P.S tomorrow.  I don't think Miami is viable since they kept Pat Devlin and he's a real project QB in his own right.

UWW posters:

You have a Freshman QB from my son's H.S.-Grayslake Central. Can you tell me if he played yesterday or anything about his status at UWW?

Thank you.

I don't believe Ray played yesterday. Only one UWW backup got some playing time at Washington.

I hate to say it, but I might have been right in a post a few pages ago. Who knew? ;D

That's right, he didn't play. Matt Behrendt from Westchester IL/Nazareth backed up Brekke and played the 4th quarter.
