Not sure...out of curiosity, how could something like that be taken the wrong way?

Where in Chicago you from? A few people on this board are in the Chicagoloand area as well.

Way off topic, but if you haven't seen the pictures of Oregon's new "football performance center" you should check them out:

While it's a stunning facility, it sure makes me think about how out-of-whack priorities in college athletics can be. Thank god for D-III.

Looks like a damn museum.

I wonder how much Nike pitched in for this?

IMHO some D3's are heading right down that slippery slope.

It looks too clean for football players. Does it have a cheetah track?  Pharmacy?

Have you seen Alabama's new "training" room? It has granite whirlpools connected by waterfalls to create a natural and soothing atmosphere for healing and recuperation. http://www.saturdaydownsouth.com/2013/alabama-locker-room-waterfall/

totally out of control

Alabama must have stolen the idea from Mount Union's whirlpool.

I agree...this is getting WAY out of control.

Mount Union's doesn't seem very natural or soothing.

With 11 championships....you can't argue with the results.

I heard  that UW-Whitewater has a couple of ex-marines on the team with some eligibility left? Pretty cool if they do.... don't take it the wrong way ;D I was just wondering if its true?

In my 5 years at UW-Oshkosh I played with 4 guys formerly from many branches of the military: Army Ranger, Marine, Navy and Army. Those guys were always tough as nails....usually had some great stories too!  8-)

Sorry, that's classified information. Need to know basis. Security clearance stuff.
In fact we'd like to know how you came across this information. Wiki- leak?  Whistleblower?  Disgruntled transfer?  Come on, fess up. Spill the beans, sing like a canary.

UW-Whitewater athletic director Paul Plinske formally interviewed yesterday for the AD job at the University of Nebraska Kearney. Paul is one of four finalists for the job at the D2 school. Today's Kearney newspaper has a story on yesterday's public interview for Plinske.  BTW - Plinske's predecessor at UWW is current Nebraska AD Shawn Eichorst...

Anyone have an update on former UWP cornerback Ryan McWethy in camp with Cleveland? I couldn't find any updates.

Looks like Jasper Collins (UMU) was waived by Miami based on an undisclosed injury.

Eric Rogers of Cal Luteran has been turning heads at Dallas.

Can't find an update on Nick Driskill of UMU...looks like he wasn't signed after rookie camp.
