Where does 45-7 lead at halftime fall on the Monkey Stomp meter?

Here are the video highlights from yesterday's 55-14 UWW win at Buff State...

Both halftime (not usually given that name) and final scores are just shy of the Double Monkey stomp title. According to LL (originators of that appelation) criteria 21 points = Monkey Stomp. 42 points = Double Monkey Stomp etc.

Thanks Voice!

Nice to see the video and the game was exactly what UWW needed.  Major improvement between week one and two and retribution against Buff State.  Continued improvement is needed week to week, but I definitely like what I heard yesterday and saw in the highlights.  Great offensive game plan and great play calling and execution.  The defense continues to create havoc both causing turnovers and scoring and the special teams also excelled.  All around a great performance.

Ah, let's stick with "wreak".

Wreak: to inflict or execute (punishment, vengeance, etc.) {According to Dictionary.com}

WarhawkDad

That works!  Maybe "double monkey-stomp" would have worked as well  ;D

Actually, by the 'official' LLPP monkey-stomp definitions, they were one point short of a double. ;)

Great find! I'm still blown away by that outcome. Great to see the offense and defense play at a high level in the same game. Something that was greatly missed last year.

That high-powered offense of Buffalo St. yielded just 54 yards passing!!!!

I was trying to insinuate that the UWW defense made the , in this case Buffalo State, offense reek. ;)

It sure is good to start the week riding high on a UWW dominating performance.
Like others have said, all phases of the game performed at high levels- I'm equally excited to see special teams doing well on the return game.

Thanks for posting the video link Voice- did I see a deep slant pass to Kumerow for a TD?

Questions:
-Who is the #1 RB?
-Who is the #2?
-Although there was solid production from the passing game, the completion percentage is troubling. Dropped passes, poor throws, no time to throw- any ideas on why?

It doesn't appear Waldorf is a football power. Hopefully UWW can continue to build on the offensive momentum and then get those w nagging ailments to the sideline early.

I'm certainly not a spokesman for the team but a couple thoughts I have on your questions.

The weather was terrible throughout the game with rain, at times heavy, and I think Matt Behrendt threw  the ball extremely well.  Buff State QB Casey Kacz talked about the difficult conditions (both against the UWW defense an weather conditions) following the game.

Matt's 13 of 25 passing for 187 yards and four touchdowns ain't bad unless it is 02 rating his performance.

As far as the running back situation is concerned -  #1 Ryan Givens was a game-time decision and did not play Saturday.  Remember he hasn't played since being  injured in the 1st half vs. Wash U.

Patterson saw his first action early on Saturday and looked good.  Coming off a hamstring injury and the Hawks scoring on its first seven possessions, he didn't get the reps that he would have received in a closer game with good field conditions.  When it shakes out I wouldn't be surprised if he is #2 but with as many RBs with similar talent who knows.

BadgerWarhawk was at the game and I'm interested to hear his thoughts.

With WW  leading 45-7 at halftime I'm surprised how well we actually played in the second half.

Ha! He gets two thumbs up from me!

Regarding BW's thoughts, I think he's out of town for a while...but I did receive word from him saying "MB played well...UWW looked good on both sides of the ball and on special teams". We'll have to wait for his return for further details.
