All I can say is who did you take in the SJU - St Thomas tilt? All indicators would have has UST winning big. In the UWO-UWW tilt, it is at Oshkosh. Rarely are the common opponents relative scores relaible predictors in games such as this one with so much on the line for both teams. Sometimes it's hard to get the killer instinct against teams who you do not believe will give you a tough game.

Just sayin'.............

Bleed you are one funny guy- I do like your style.
Ret, I tend to agree with you about relative scores not necessarily being accurate predictors. Actually Coach LL talked quite a bit about this in one of his recent weekly shows, providing all kinds of logical reasons why matchups are different from team to team and week to week.
That said, I don't know why you included your last sentence.  You do know that Bleed isn't actually playing the game right?   :)
There is no reason to think that UWW players or coaches are taking UWO lightly.

Think he meant that UWO may not have demolished Stout and LaCrosse as badly as UWW did because UWO may not have been fully cranked for that game.

Look, I know that comparative scores are a dangerous game to play and that football isn't linear, but a game of matchups. I'm just calling a prediction here based in a gut feeling. UWW has been crushing everyone; UWO, against a schedule of similar caliber, has been somewhat less impressive.  It's not just about the scores.  I know it may not happen, but I'm sticking with my prediction that UWW rolls.
I was small but made up for it by being slow...

Any Whitewater fans going up for the game and tailgating Saturday?

I can state for a fact that they aren't.  Both the team and the staff have a great deal of respect for Coach Ceroni and the Titans and are fully aware of how tough winning this game is going to be.

02, the fan bus is full and there was talk of scheduling a second one.

As Agent Gibbs would say, "Go with your gut."

I actually already reserved a spot, however I'm probably going to drive instead. I have plans Saturday night, so I'll need to head back to Milwaukee right after the game. I need to get a hold of Therese to cancel my seat.

I'll be up there around 11.  I plan to park in one of the lots across the street (josslyn) from the Stadium.

Ok cool...You sticking around the parking for a while? If so, I'll come and look for you and hang out for a bit before heading into the game.

Sounds great. Looking forward to it. I'll have some Purple Kool Aid with your name on it.  ;)

Really? They were telling me they thought the Titans suck!  ;D (I don't know why I feel the need to do this again, but for those of you who don't know my sense of humor, this is meant to make people laugh and obviously not true at all. I think I am going to give myself a (-k) for explaining myself. Can one give himself a (-) k?).

Far be it from me to speak for Retagent, but I agree with ETP. I'm pretty sure he wasn't insinuating UW-W would take this game lightly.  You don't take a game lightly against the conference champion. You don't take a game lightly against a team that beat you last year. UW-O has earned the circle on UW'W's calendar.  If one thing can be drawn from results already in this year, UW-W hasn't taken ANYONE lightly.  I'd imagine the coaching challenge this week is more about controlling and channeling all the emotion positively. Like Lance said, "We haven't had the chance to play the conference champion in a long time."  ;D

UW-W remembers the Titans
After Saturday, the Titans will remember UW-W.
