On the Warhawk Football This Week Podcast is a unique interview with first year, UW-Whitewater offensive line coach Daryl Agpalsa who was an All-American offensive lineman at Linfield. He was a grad assistant coach for the Wildcats in 2005 at the time of the Hawks iconic 44-41 win in McMinnville (OR).

Got a call today from one of the boys saying that they have rented a joint in Portland for
Sat morning, so about 50 of us can gather in front of multiple jumbotron big screens and watch the game.  It took me all of 11 seconds to say, Im in baby.  So loading up my hot rod pick em up truck and heading to Portland for the day.

My call is that the Cats come back late and are a +4 in this one.

Hold on, is the Hot Rod aka the G2?
Sounds like it will be a great setup to watch the game.  It'll be good to have so many friends to lean on for emotional support.

Emma I traded up to a much faster version of the G2.  This hot rod, if you choose to race her, will be just like WW chasin the Cats, all you will see is our tail lights, baby !!

My only problem with this hot rod is that I set off car alarms downtown if I drive it to my office.

St. John's didn't qualify for the tournament, so that would be interesting.

Heard that Nike Portland has fitted our boys with some high tech under gear from their R and D department that will make it feel sunny and 80 to them !!

I'd say the relative lack of banter means that fans on both sides are a bit nervous.  But the matchup should be great.  On paper these are two very evenly matched teams.  I wish it were Saturday so we can get to it!   Go CATS!
