I'm probably overly biased toward River Falls based on the way they played UWW last year- but I think they will be tough in 2015.
It seems UWL picked it up a bit after the UWW game- playing all teams closely.
I hope they progress.

Matt Walker is the real deal.  I don't know what went sideways between he and DePauw, but I wasn't super sorry that it did.  DePauw hasn't beaten Wabash since Matt Walker was their head coach- which I don't believe is a coincidence.

Fascinating- the real deal.  ::)  I personally would use other words to describe a coach with only 6 wins in 4 seasons (overall .150 win % in RF), but to each his own.

Who's going to do better with that grease fire at River Falls?  Not everybody gets to play with Whitewater's stacked deck- the standards are different at different places.

I would agree with Wally. Insert Lance or VK into UWRF, and I don't see them doing a whole lot better with the same resources/players that Matt has.

According to lakecountynow.com, two suspects have been identified, but not named since they haven't been formally charged,  in a Waukesha County search warrant affidavit tied to the death of former UWW and later Carroll University football player Colton Sweitzer, last Oct.  Sweitzer was a RB on the 2011 NC Warhawk football team, playing sparingly in 4 games as a freshman, gaining 96 yards on 23 carries. He later transferred to Carroll in Waukesha. The cause of Sweitzer's death has yet to be determined, but traces of opiates, consistent with heroin or prescription medication overdose, were discovered in his system following his death. According to the affidavit, Sweitzer's mother confirmed to police that her son had been abusing his prescribed Adderall pills and said she believed Sweitzer was buying additional pills "on the street" when he would run out of medication. One of the two suspects is believed to have sold Sweitzer pills the night before he was found dead.

Good morning, Gentlemen.   Hope you are all well. I have been lurking for quite awhile this off season without posting but thought I'd drop in to make an exciting announcement.   #33 and my beautiful daughter-in-law welcomed a healthy baby boy, Elias, (Eli) Richard Raebel, 8lbs 14oz, on Wednesday morning.  He is, absolutely, gorgeous and completely perfect!  And our little miracle.  ;). Considering his daddy's size and that his mother was on the UWW poms squad and an accomplished dancer, I'm thinking recruiting class of 2033?   We are over the moon with tremendous gratitude and unending love!     8-)

Congrats to 33, spouse and the whole lot of you.  We'll save a spot on the roster. ;D

Congrats to the big red head.  Glad to hear a positive story today - because I was also in the hospital today, getting my appendix out. Fortunately it went well and I am home convalescing.
What the hell was that?  That was a Drop-kick.  Drop-kick? How much is that worth?  Three points.  THREE POINTS?!
