17 - 7 UWL ... they look very sharp, great execution on offense, though GVSU has some serious explosiveness in their arsenal.

So, it other words, this game ain't over yet - now 17-14 UWL

Platteville pouring it on at Franklin 44-19 outscoring the Griz 34-5 in the 2nd half.
Game has been closer than the score, turnovers have cost the Grizzlies the last 10 minutes. Been a great back and forth game for 3 quarters.

Falcons lead Northwestern 50-13 at half. It's embarrassing to watch. NW completely overmatched.

WTF is up with UWW TV's video? Every device I've tried, except my iphone, gets the same 232001 video error code. It was a crappy video feed in 2019 during the last full season. And it continues even worse this year. Has anyone been able to crack this nut and see a consistant picture? I'm willing to pay big bucks to learn the trick to solve this mystery. No other video feed I've sampled from the D3 links has any issue like this. I expect better from UWW.

Now, back to your regularly scheduled programming.

Bobo

I had the same problem on every device except my IPhone.  Ridiculous!

WarhawkDad

Hey WarhawkDad, I can only get it on my iphone too. Total joke

Live stats is no better.

Hello to you both.
I experienced the same frustration for the last two home games (can't remember 2019 but feels familiar). I always wonder if the university arranges for someone outside the campus to connect and report the quality of the broadcast- it seems such a simple thing to do.
For comparison, I connected to the NCC at Wheaton game, which was carried via YouTube- what a quality experience that was. UWW can and should do better.

Agree. Kind of embarrassing too. I'm sure visiting fans and family members, who couldn't make the trip to whitewater, would want to tune in for the game.

For a big program, in the national D3 spot light, they need to improve their steaming quality.

It sounds like their streaming ... was kind of a steaming mess ....

Glad I soaked up some sun at the Perk instead.  And I just found out, I'm going to get to officiate a high school game on the Perkins field next week. That will be pretty cool.
What the hell was that?  That was a Drop-kick.  Drop-kick? How much is that worth?  Three points.  THREE POINTS?!

Platteville's Andrew Schweigert (Jr. Sussex) set a new Platteville record by kicking a 50 yard FG at Franklin last Saturday. He joins a group of 22 WIAC kickers that have FG's of 50 or more yards.

UWW's Max Meylor is completing 68% of his passes over three games with a 205 passer rating. Great numbers and reminiscent of UWW championship years QB's.
The D is in that same category.

Woah. Sounds like NCC's coach sounded off that his team isn't getting the respect they deserve in the polls.

Please...  ::)

I guess whatever you need to do to motivate your team.

Stacked roster for 2021, and a program that has built a strong track record....their number 4 ranking rightfully raised some eyebrows.

In fairness, I assume he was responding to the coaches' poll which had them still 4th (despite 15 first place votes) and dropped Wheaton to 10th (in sharp contrast to the d3football.com poll where they finished first and Wheaton retained fifth place).  It did remind me again why I ignore coaches' polls - during the season I'd assume that any coach worth his position knows essentially nothing about any team that is not on his schedule! ;D

(Exceptions perhaps for coaches at places like UMU, UWW, UMHB, etc., where you may spend a small amount of time scouting teams you might meet in the postseason.)

Today was the first coaches' poll of the season.

Hi, Pat. Which coaches get invited to this poll?  A breadth from across d3?  And how does that pool of voters differ from yours?

The results are pretty similar but there are a few differences that catch my eye.
