WIAC still firmly planted rent free in retagent's head I see.

When you can't see what is obvious, you are only fooling yourself. How would you explain the 5 WIAC teams in the Top 25? Any other conference that has done that in your memory?

I'm sorry. Top 30. Maybe that makes it slightly less obvious.

Great game UWW and UWL.
I think we will see similar nail-biters w UWO and UWRF.

Congratulations Warhawks!

That took some years off my life  :o

Pulled off the "upset"  ;)

Just took in that slog of a game. Yes, Platteville is that bad and Oshkosh looked pretty decent playing a undermanned team. Berghammer has the offense under control, he looks good.

All of a sudden things are looking up for Whitewater with that kick at the buzzer. River Falls and Oshkosh at home. Things turning up purple I think.

At a time when going to a vastly overpriced private school looks like a terrible choice, having the football issue compounds the inadequacy.

Don't worry. It's still early. Once we start beating up on each other and whatever WIAC team receiving votes gets 2 losses, they'll drop fast.

Wait,  I thought it was only cheap state schools that had a chance in D3.

Another Saturday where UWW and Kansas play down to the wire- and come out on top.
I need a sedative.

Seriously, I monitor my heart because of a medical issue. My normal heart rate is 60 bpm. During the 4th quarter it was between 123 and 130 and I couldn't get it down!

UWW special teams...they're special alright. Sure made things interesting. Hopefully they don't cost us a game like they almost did today.

Happy to escape with a win.

On the bright side the offense looked like they were able to move the ball at will. Almost 500 yards of offense

Our FG process went a bit haywire today and it cost us dearly. We'll get it fixed.  When you out-gain a team by 186 yards and have 10 more first downs, you really ought not have to feel like you escaped with a win.  But we did escape with a win. We earned it, though.

La Crosse is very good. They are better than I thought they would be.

Good thing we didn't attempt a punt today.

At least my private school, that was not overpriced in the dark ages when I attended, taught me that ad hominum attacks were logical fallacies. And, avoiding presenting evidence is not a way to answer a question.
