UWRF, Trinity, UWW (0-3) in OOC play

If they beat HSU they would be (1-3) vs RROs. Right now they are (0-4)

But they would also be the likely ASC Champion. Four results against RRO and one win against an RRO is actually considered positive per the criteria. I think they'd be ranked among the top 8 of region 3.

The committee would have had an interesting decision.

Platteville beats Stout 41-24. Platteville led at half time 27-7. Stout scored 10 unanswered points in the 3rd quarter but Platteville sealed the game with 14 points in the 4th quarter.  Platteville running back Zach Bothun rushed for over 180 yards to lead Platteville. With Oshkosh beating River Falls there is a 3 way tie for 3rd behind LaX and WW. Assuming WW gets a Pool C bid the WIAC'S representative to the Isthmus Bowl will come from the 3 teams tied for 3rd.

Nice win- congratulations on a good season as well.
Good luck in the selection for Isthmus.

So it begins with Bethel. Fully expected UWW to be in a bracket with NCC or UWL.

Looks like 4/5 teams will be fighting to play Mount. Once again they can sleep walk to the finals

PLATTEVILLE versus AUGUSTANA for the Isthmus Bowl.

It looks like the WIAC used the same criteria for determining Isthmus as it does for Pool A, they all were 1-1 against each other and 4-3 in conference so it goes to the team that hasn't been to the post season in the longest time?

Yes. Silly criteria, but congrats to UW-P.

We will take it.

I  found it interesting that WIAC, ARC and CCIW teams are all on the same side of the bracket. So we can't have a LaX vs WW rematch in the Stagg Bowl. That would have been fun.

It sure gets old after awhile.... Literally five of the top six teams on one side while #2 MUC is all by themself...
2008-09 and 2012-13 WIAC Fantasy League Champion

2008-09 WIAC Pick'Em Tri-Champion

Agreed, but not sure how they can fix it when over half of the D3 teams are east of Mt Union

Good luck to both WIAC teams in the Tourney. Have to root for Bethel, but I would predict a UWW victory for at least 2 rounds ;D.
