miacwacthmen,

seems like the boys from the MIAC are blowing the mouths...Okay I find that the power-house Carleton and Hamline (of the MIAC) have won a total of 29 games in the last 7 years....looks like St. John have byes those weeks!!

Johnnie Red

Voice, thanks for the information. And how could we not congratulate Wisconsin-Whitewater on winning the national championship in volleyball yesterday!!!!!! Add to that the national championship for LaCrosse in men's cross-country and you had a great day for the WIAC. ;D

And we don't want to forget the National Championship won by the Baseball Team last spring!! Got some talented athletes at UWW!!

I was very diappointed to read about the attendance yesterday at perkins stadium. I will say the Voice and other people in the athletic department came up with a great thign called the bleacher creatures last fall, and it seemed to be pretty good in terms of getting students to the games, not to mention the pumpmed in music from music on the move, and who can forget the purple haze as the warhawks entered the field.
I am not sure what the problem is this year, and seeing that this years team is undefeated which is hard to do in any conference much less the WIAC. I sure hope that the student body at whitewater will come back to whitewater for a couple of hours this saturday, and watch the warhawks beat St. Johns. Yes thats right, the warhawks will beat st. Johns.
I am not going to get into the trash talking ecause the warhawks do all their talking on the field, and this eyar they have shut up eleven teams and Saturday St. Johns will be number 12.
GO Warhawks, and voice keep working hard on the bleacher creature stuff. As I know alot of people appreciate it.
GO WARHAWKS BEAT ST. JOHNS

Heard of some key injuries for the Johnnies over the weekend, whats the news on that?

sjusection105

Starting guard 3 year starter,out with a broken leg/ankle
Starting DT questionable wrist/hand injury
Starting CB questionable leg injury
Starting WR questionable ribs

**Questionable because of limited information at this time. The only sure thing is the guard who had surgery yesterday.

With all these injuries, the Johnnies may not make the trip & save the NCAA the travel expense ;)
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

Yeah u guys might as well just forfeit the game cuz i know you have absolutely no depth  ;)

Mathiasen (the guard) will definitely be missed. He's a helluva player and a great leader. Fortunately we have some experienced guys who should be able to step up.

Zauhar (CB) will be fine, sounds like he just had a little stinger and they decided to keep him out since the game was well in hand by that point rather than risk agravating it.

Good's (DT) wrist is rumored to be only a sprain, so he'll be fine. A clubbed hand, if they end up doing that, may even be an advantage against the big WIAC boys  ;)

Gearman (WR) was a bit sore, but felt better than last week. He should also be good to go.

Hawks facing any injuries? I thought I had heard Beaver and a WR were supposedly banged up going into the Central game, but based on the stat sheet doesn't look like that was the case!
Now accepting new patients. All bills must be paid in scotch shortly after any services rendered.  Sorry TDT, no problems below the waist.

Discovered by the Germans in 1904, they named it San Diego, which of course in German means a whale's vagina.

A little banged up but no one is expected to miss any time.

Last time I checked SJU shut up eleven teams this year, too.  Saturday should be a good day, but not for UWW.

Duff,

He's practicing for the shotgunning competition prior to the football game.
(Does that count for talking about football?)

I don't think I'll be participating this weekend.  Something about driving 10 hours in one day doesn't really make me want to shotgun beers.
