i dont think i would compare anyone to St. NOrberts.  They are horrible, they wanted to talk about how they could compete with the WIAC and lost to WW combined score of like 90-20.  I believe Linfield would hold their own in our conf. or against any of our teams, as they have shown the last two years with wins over STP and LX.  But sat is a new year and a team that has more talent then they have ever seen.  GO HAWKS

Before Elliot you guys were as good as St. Norberts.  Powerhouses in a chump league.(A little better than that, but nothing close to where you are with the Butcher)

HA!  Eagle, Eagle, Eagle.....do I need to refer you to the d3.com front page and the league playoff records since 1999?  The NWC is 17-8 while the WIAC is 5-7.....

Let's see the NWC has been a d3 member since 1998 and has had two of its teams win national titles (3rd coming this year), and has had a team in the West Region Finals 6 out of the 8 years we've been members of d3.

I would say that the Eagles are closer to the Green Knights than the Wildcats.

Stanley got around me a couple of times last season but I tripped him up enough so the throw was off the mark.  He was pretty good then and probably quite a bit better now

Same story different week.  Another team comes into the Catdome and gets it handed to them.  As they leave the field tey all are heard to say the same thing
" WOW they really are THAT good--I guess its Ok to lose to the National Champions"

oh here we go again people goin after beavers neck, its alittle old. get some new material.  I tell ya what though the last team and fans to take the Hawks lightly went home with a 34-7 smashin.

We did lose to the best team last year...the Cats.  Whether we laid an egg or you guys beat the pants off us ( I believe the former) you're not that much better this year.   WW is!  They had the weapons they just didn't know how to use them, now they know how to use 'em so watch out

I have that on video... the highlight DVD.  I heard it on the internet.... how he just fell down.   The family watched it together earlier in the year.... my mom cracked up on that play.  Well..... we all did

Stoutguy, if I recall correctly, I didn't say you as a person made the statement. I didn't respond to your e-mail because it came like four weeks after the broadcast and I had more important things to do, like get ready for the playoffs and the start of basketball seasons.

You know, you have gotten to be a pretty important guy this last year.

I apologize -- that was not what I was getting at. I meant that I have a lot of things going on, one of which is caring for three children this season instead of two. Some of the things like responding to every e-mail have had to go by the wayside.
