Were you the dude that Casey Allen treated like his little brother on the fade route last year at Linfield?  

You know the play...fade, Allen jumps up and comes down with the ball while the hapless Eagle falls to the groud, then Allen just steps over him and the runs the remaining 40 yards for the TD?

That is a bold statement, not one I would make, but that kid is running the town of WW right now and maybe he lit a fire under everyones ass by saying it.  

Sure it's bulletin board material for Linfield but it is for WW too.  

There's something to be said for thinking like a champ.  If not everybody believes that you're going to be champs then you will lose.  That is what took us out against Mt. Union two years back.  Only half of us believed we should be on the field with a real team.  And you know what, only half of us played like it

Our DB's only really got outplayed on 2 plays, that 40 yd td to Allen and my fade from allen.  We're only as good as our whole team and we didn't get much help when we needed it.  

But then again, we didn't make any spectacular plays either.  We all kind of sucked a little that day.

God, sacked by a turf monster, I think that was why he might not have started this year.

We have two great QB's if you let them alternate.  Neither can play a whole game well it seems.  

Expect us to match up with WW for the conference title again next year though

I wanted to give up more to the future 5th round pick in the NFL but I just couldn't do it.

Our coaching staff has gotten a little younger, experience-wise over the past couple years, and doesn't seem to be quite on top of it like they should be.  I think they will only get better and better from here on out.  At least I hope.

A little help from the rest of the team is what is needed to make the corners look a little better.   Pressure on the QB and some rough housing with the linebackers makes it a lot easier to cover any wideout
