Tell your boys to not let up now.  Going to be real disappointed if you guys don't win it all.  Don't know a thing about Wesley but they have some pretty impressive wins lately.  You can never, ever look past Mt. Union.  Looks like they've had some younger guys emerge lately to provide them a boost over earlier in the year.

Wish I could make it this week to drink beer out of the trunk.  ;D

ROR,

What do you mean?  You could make the game this weekend, but then when you got home the locks would be changed and the former Mrs. ROR would have booked you a reservation at the Woodbury Super 8.

In regards to Warhawkalum...

First off you are not an alum.  To be an alum you have to have graduated from whitewater... which you did not.  Being expelled is not graduating.

I find it very funny that you are such a big supporter of the team now, when earlier this season you posted that Brez was "officially retiring" after this season and that it would hurt recruiting.  Brez has never said anything to anyone about retiring after the season... and why would he when he has 90% of this years team returning?  Don't post negative lies about the team and then come back and act like the biggest fan.

Duties in Chicago call this weekend.

And, if your scenario were true, it would be Motel 6.  After Mrs. ROR got done with me I would be lucky to afford that.

I hope that UW-W doesnt overlook wesley this weekend. i Had a chance to watch them a couple of times this year and here is what i think. Wesley is a VERY FAST team and they are a force to be reckoned with.  Their QB (#8) is outstanding...constantly hitting recievers in stride. They have 3 very good RB's. Kevin Nelson is a dangerous scat back. He is a joy to watch. Their O-LINE is VERY GOOD. Fast, Big, strong and YOUNG!!!  The strong point of their team is the recievers. They have 2 recievers (#12 and #83) who can burn ANY team deep at any momoent of the game. The 3rd reciever (#3) is also very dangerous. Good speed and great hands.  Also a very good Punt returner as well.  With many teams focusing on wesley's offense, there aren't many things said about their defense.  VERY UNDER-RATED. Shut down the two #1 rushing offenses in the nation when they played them (FERRUM and Salisbury).  Also did a very good job against a good BC team.  Free Safety Mario Harris is an ANIMAL!!! This kid smacks anyone in his path, no matter how big.  The LB's are also very good. #9 is a HITTER. I think there D-LINE is the best i have seen all year. *91 and #92 should both be all-americans. Especially #92. Big, strong and very quick. I am impressed with the UW-W victory over Linfield, but they shouldn't get ahead of themselves. Wesley is a GREAT TEAM.  Good luck to both teams. Should be a GREAT GAME in Wisconsin.

ROR,  I dont know too much about Wesley either but i will after tommorrow.  I give these guys alot of crap the whole season to keep them loose and it wont be any different this week.  After the season the Hawks had last year they learned not to look past anyone(plattville 6-7 loss).  And if and when they get past Wesley they def. wont look past Mount Union.  The Hawks owe them atleast one whoopin after the two a$$ kicking they gave up a couple years ago

Just looking at the Wesley schedule im wondering how a team that has scored no less than 31 points a game in 12 of its games gets blown out 47-0 by a 5-5 brockport state, just seems a little odd ???

WELSEY PLAYED THAT GAME IN THE MUD AND COULDNT GET ANYTHING GOING ON OFFENSE. JUST WASNT THEIR DAY.  NO ECUSES, BUT THE WEATHER PLAYED A MAJOR PART IN THAT BECAUSE WESLEY IS A SPEEDY TEAM.

warhawkexpress28

Dont know if anyone is going to know the answer to this but how do the 3 WR from Wesley compare to the big 3 from Linfield, cause as everyone can see from the stats they had pretty big games against the WW secondary.

same place same time for this Sat.

Haven't seen the WR'S from Linfield, but the Wolverines are FAST!!!! Those boys sure can run. #12 and #83 especially. They also do a good job blocking. Its hard to find recievers that block in today's game. #3 and #83 are very good blockers. The recievers from wesley aren't very big, but they play with a tremedous amount of heart.

Wesley's 3 receivers are much smaller in stature, but way faster than Linfield's recievers. Don't let them catch a ball in space or it could be TD Wesley. Against BC they beat us with Bubble screens, drag routes, and slants. Against UMHB they used the deep ball to the tune of 4TD's for Beavers #12. They can adapt either way and be successful. The key is UWW has got to get pressure on Wesley's QB, case closed. ;)

Some mudd huh, they better hope it's not cold or snow out on sat.  ;)
It seems though that regardless of their struggles in that game they have found thier stride at the right time.

Also, the word is that because of an equipment snafu they played in turf shoes (their home field is field turf) in the mud.   Bad karma that day...

All I know is that they are good, they are on a roll, and they believe in themselves...and sometimes that is all it takes to make huge things happen!
NO, Tusky, You cannot MOON Dr. Geisert!

Just from lookin at some stats it looks like this game is goin to be one in the trenchs instead of through the air like it was last week.  I think Robinson is his name, dude really has 18 sacks and 7 forced fumbles, if we dont block him we could be in for a dog fight
