Found a great site for prices of all kinds of goal posts!!!!  They are actual peanuts when you actually breakdown the cost of running of football program, so replacing one should be no prob!!!  :o  Thats why they invented credit cards.

i just hope brez isnt still banking on seeing any of that Chicago Rush money!!!  Still I think a possible repeat of that trip might need to be in order this spring!!  I gotta guy!!

I hope the Warhawk team isn't looking past this week like their fans seem to be doing.  You're setting yourself up a nice, old-fashioned spanking. Talk about tearing down goal-post, etc, is taking it a bit far, don't you think???

Great information. Unfoirtunately the game has already been won by WW. So I guess we should forget about listening to Bowen this week and do our Christmas shopping
Football !!! The ultimate team sport. Anyone who plays DIII football is a winner...

An update on the whole "unthawing" of the field.... The blowers are apparently supposed to blow hot air under the tarp, lifting the tarp and creating a bubble of hot air.

Well.... there is only one blower working right now, and that only created a bubble out to about the 30 yd line or so, and from hash mark to hash mark.  This process is actually kinda entertaining to watch, but does not look to be going too successfully as of the moment.

I think you mean thawing the field...  "unthawing" it would mean freezing it again unless thats what you meant in the first place ???

It really doesn't matter what the posters and fans are saying.  The Warhawks and their coaches will not be looking past anyone this weekend!!!  They have worked too hard and are way too smart to not take it one game at a time.  Been doing that all season.  Not about to screw it up now.  No, the Wolverines will have to win it outright if they are able to.  The Hawks won't be giving them any help!!

warhawkexpress28

talked to one of the coachs today and they are a little worried about a couple things.   if your a true fan you will always assume your team is gonna win and thats the fun of it
If you wanna be good practice till you get it right, if you wanna be great practice till you cant get it wrong..

I have been reading the posts for awhile now.  You guys can really entertain.  I couldn't resist the opportunity to comment on old #20.  I would have to agree that Brez would probably have him take them home. The game should be a great one.  The Perk should be packed with fans and snow.  We are getting more tonight and they are calling for snow on Sat.  GO HAWKS!

I'll be surprised if UW-WW doesn't win this contest by 20+

Just a reminder that those who can't make it out to Perkins - feel free to tune into the D3football.com/NCAASports.com broadcast.  Pregame will get rolling around 1130 CT.  I'm looking forward to my first trip to Wisconsin.  Just hope my flight gets out in the morning...8am to O-Hare Friday morning...snow on it's way.

Latest weather is estimating 28 degrees as a high...

Some snow flurries, but according to accuweather.com (much more reliable than Weather.com), little to no accumulation.

Good thing your flying into O hare... they had a plane slide off the runway at midway in Chicago

Kubiak, I would love to go...but I got waaaay to much **** to get done this weekend. Besides, that would be a long ride home if they lost... ::)
