Best of luck tomorrow to the Warhawks.

You guys earned the home cooking this week, but now you've got a job to finish tomorrow. Go out and defend that home turf, gentlemen.

And Hawks students, take a study break from finals/studies. Pack your stadium. Your team has worked so hard to be able to be playing in it again tomorrow...

Keep it rolling, Hawks!

Pat, I don't think cursing should be allowed on this site.  Check page 165.  Just seems like your website is too classy to allow that.

Warhawks,

Good luck today.  Play close to the level of the last 2 weeks and you are in good shape.

Huge Purple UW-W Marching Band Coat: check.
Mellophone: check.
Secret mixture of valve oil and other "stuff" so valves don't freeze: check.

The band plays loud and yells even louder, breaking all the ice.  Beaver runs for 250 yds.  Warhawks by 17!

GO WARHAWKS!

Hi all, I'm off to the game in a couple hours.  I'll be wearing my Linfield sweatshirt (umm.. it's purple  ::) ) under a blue coat.  I'm a scrawny-looking guy about 30 years old if you want to say hi.  It might be too late to post this, but does anyone want to meet up somewhere?  You'll have to send me some good directions since I'm not that familiar with the UWW campus.  The Linfield loss was tough to take, but I'm a WARHAWK fan for the next two weeks!

This is difficult but......WARHAWKS! WARHAWKS! WARHAWKS!

In case you don't check page 170, the game has been delayed to a 1pm start local time due to field prep.

Any worries about a thaw?  No chance.  This thing is frozen.  Snow has still seeped onto the field and the sidelines are treacherous.  I'm gonna walk the field and will report back.  Tarp still covering 40% while scads of students attempt to prepare.

What's up with playing in WW, the WW-SJU game was delayed 1/2 hr, now an hr for today's game. Like they haven't had it tarped all week. What's the extra hr gonna do but allow more tailgateing, ok 2hr delay ;D

From the way Pat describes the field it should be: Keep the slide going.

Ok...just walked the field at 945am CT.

Fast in spots where ground is clear, but hard.
Definitely has some slippery spots...mostly along the both sidelines.  The left half of the field between the 30 and 40 seems to have it worst.  Right side where the thawing equipment was seems decent.

Looks like Coach B himself is using a propane powered flame thrower to thaw a part of the field.

The more time ticks on, the worst it looks for today.
