Monrovia, I'll give you that, the 3 points on the first drive of the game were given to them by two big penalties...

coco

Does this game bring back memories of last year's semi-final game?

Sigh......
Two words:  THE STREAK

Ok, I'm gonna do some other things-- congrats to the Warhawks, good season Wesley (it feels like nerves got the best of them), and go West region.

That's all I'm saying, could have been a tie without those 3 points....then the last team to score still wins.....would just have needed one more score....but I digress.....don't need to play the what if game....did that too much when I played ball.....and bought/sold some stocks :)

I know this should go on the hoops site, but this game is to boreing. If anyone is interested, Duke beat Texas 97-66 in hoops. I thought Texas was supposed to be better than overrated Duke....guess not. ;D

So, is this game at half time (UWW-WU) or is nothign happening or has everyone quit listening?

I think they are at the half and Pat is trying to fix the audio.

Thanks Relgion Major....I'm going to give you Karma....I just don't like the idea of the gods dissing a relgion major.... ;)

Should we even be surprised? I wonder if some of these "playoff" teams would even have a winning record if they played in some of the West region conferences. Rowan scores 40+ in the first round, and then close to 30 twice the next two games in the East region, then gets held to 7 when they finally have to play someone outside of that sorry ass region. And Wesley is finding out what happens when they have to play a real team today. Hell, UWW's first round playoff game against Central was a tougher battle than this crap. Next year the NCAA should pull its heads out and give just about all the all large bids to the West Region and then put these extra teams in the other regions. Yeah, that's going to happen.
A packed student section behind an end zone cheering on guys they will actually see in class on Monday is almost as cool as The Streak.

Does Whitewater have a hockey team that SJU can whup up on? They seem to be taking just about every other D-III Championship. Must be something in the (White)water this year.

The d3.com audio is down so I went to the UW-Whitewater website for their broadcast.  It is still halftime.

Funny how everyone who has said anything negative about the East region had their karma knocked right away.

"Looks Like we'll get an a all purble stag bow this year....just not the one we hoped for...still, maybe last week was the all purple stagg bowl..."

Last week was not the Stagg Bowl. Check the D3 site and they will give you the date....Dec 17, 2005. All purple yes you are correct.

Your loss does not diminish a great season but it does eliminate you from the playoffs. Last year the Raiders thought all purple too but didn't get it done. One silly little play away but the fact remained we didn't make it.

Deal with it!

There is next year.
WELCOME TO THE MACHINE!

Yeah, the Karma force is strong in the East.  Just not the football teams....
