Please change ur name from warhawkbadger to sean o'rielly already.  We all know who you are and ur insigths although humorus, are starting to get old and tired.

As captinkurt stated, both of these assistants are very capable and deserving,  I just hope that whoever takes over the program takes it over with the class and pride that coach brez leaves it with.

jibberjabber0000

Well what do you know, the retard changed names again.  Sean why do you call yourself warhawkbadger?  You weren't a warhawk, you weren't a badger, why do you consider yourself a member of both of these fine families?  Just because you put on a bright red or purple sweatsuit doesn't mean you can spout off about anything you want.  Sean O'Reilly never played, coached, or did anything for the Warhawks or the Badgers.  Hey Sean, next time you change screennames, start using spell check, then maybe you'd hide your identity for five minutes longer then you do now.

POUNDTHEROCK

Well Mr. Jibberjabber, I hate to prove you wrong. However according to the website warhawkfootball.com I was a member o the whitewater football program.
Here is the link to verify it http://www.warhawkfootball.com/coaches.asp
Which makes what you said wrong.Which therefore makes what you stated about me never doing anything for the warhawks incorrect.

I am very sorry Sean, you did a hell of a job coaching up those video tapes.

How about we switch gears a little bit? Sounds like you guys are gonna brawl in the parking lot by the bike racks after school.....

Anyone hear of the solid recruits Whitewater is getting? I know that Menomonie Falls RB Ryan Gorecki is headed to UW-W (not that he'll play much for another two years). What I'm psyched about is the addition of both Zach Christopherson, who is versatile and is said to be a better Defensive Back than Quarterback (1st team all-state at both positions) and his teammate, WR Aaron Rusch (also all-state reciever). Those kids might just come in a play right away.

Also, the Warhawks got four players from Oack Creek - always a hot spot. I think most of them are linemen, which will help a ton, too. So far it sounds ilke the off-season recruiting is going great.

POUNDTHEROCK

Lipeds,
Don't worry I wouldn't bother fighting a guy who knowingly posts informationn which is incorrect like jibberjabber.
As far as the recruits go. Nothing is for sure at the division three level until the first day of practice and they show up.
The lineman from Oak Creek sound nice. It also sounds like Oak Creek is getting a very nice recruiting class themselves as they have seven kids from MPS Schools like Tech and Vincent transferring to Oak Creek.

For the posters interested in Whitewater recruits, this is what I was able to dig up on www.wissports.net.  For the most part, it's a bunch of kids who talk junk to each other, kind of the same way we do as adults!!  They can spell better than O'Reilly.  That would be the difference.  And the dirt on future UWW players (copied and pasted as I found it):

QB Holden Gerner - Markesan (had several D2 offers)
LB Kyle Carpenter - Catholic Memorial
LB Frank Nellen - St. Pius XI (had a D2 offer)
DL Anthony White - Milwaukee Bay View (had several D2 offers)

homesteads juston segura will be goin to whitewater to play so if gorecki goes there idk how that will work for both of them. also joining juston is homesteads tim depies their OLB nsc co def player of the year

theres a BUNCH of oc players going there ....Kevin Serfort is transfering there this fall..he plays for northern illnios ..D1...he'll play Tackle.....Tim beasley just transfered from d2 st. joes ..he plays guard....Hector Casas will play DB there....ill be going there 2nd semester playign d line...Josh murphy....DE.....Robert Flores....same...will go there with me 2nd semester...he plays LB....Max Hall...LB....and others ive seen there on my visit was NIck Windel from franklin...hes an olinemen..and the linebacker from muskego....graff.....so there is a ton of talent goin there

Thanks for the scuttlebutt from the high school kids Captain Kurt. I am a Northern Illinois grad as well as a Whitewater grad and a season ticket holder for NIU football. I must admit that I have never heard of Kevin Sefort, the lineman from NIU that they say is transferring to Whitewater. NIU is loaded with good o-lineman so it is probably a good move on Kevin's part if he wants to see some playing time. The Hawks are loaded at O-line too though....I am sure Kevin received some excellent training with the Huskies that will benefit the Hawks.

Any of you EC guys with any updates on coaching applications?  I'm hearing Caruso, Glazer, and Sipple.  Would there be some irony in Caruso replacing Hofner at EC after Hofner replaces Caruso at SD?

Serfort us listed as the number 2 left gaurd on the depth chart. He was 6'4" 284 sophmore. If rumor is true he could be a nice addition for the warhawks.
If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

Here is a quote about Serfort from the NIU message board. It is from the father of another NIU lineman:

He had limited playing time in '04 and had shoulder surgery in January '05. Don't think he got on the field much if at all this past season. I did hear he seemed to be strugling a bit with winter conditioning. I'd hate to see him go if you're right.

Is there a forum that discusses WIAC sports not found on D3sports.com?

Nice chime in sean(warhawkbadger).

However anything you say I would believe as far as I could throw your 6'11'' frame.  Which despite it all would be not to far.  I hope the hawks made there presence in IL filled as mayn kids are starting to realize that UWW is a good place to continue your career.

Well last night was quite an interesting one as Coach Berezowitz addressed a large gathering of UW-W football boosters at Saxes Lone Star.   Of course the topic of who his successor might be was what was on everyone's mind and Coach B didn't disappoint as he shed some light on the matter as he addressed the group.

First came the news that A.D. Paul Plinske had authorized him to name his own successor.  Evidently feeling that what was good for Wisconsin was also good for WHITEWATER and after consultation with DLK, Plinske gave coach the responsibility.

That was a surprise in itself.  But what came next was an even bigger one when Coach B said, "After an exhaustive review of the candidates and consultation with DLK, I have made my decision on who will lead the WARHAWKS to future greatness.  I feel naming the individual now will help in the continuity of the transition."

Nobody expected that and everyone held their breath.  Would it be coach Z or coach Borland?  What about the Lance Liepold rumor, could it be him?  Is it possible there is another candidate that no one on the internet knows of?  Questions raced through our minds as he continued his remarks.

We didn't have to wait long .   "It's been a very difficult decision with many factors to consider.  We all know that my assistants are extremely qualified but other applicants have emerged in the past few days that warranted consideration.  My primary concerns are that I leave the program not only in good hands but also on solid financial ground.  Therefore it is with total confidence that I present the next head football coach at the University of Wisconsin - WHITEWATER,  Mr. Jim Boyd.

Boyd, a local business man with no previous coaching experience beyond Pop Warner pee-wee football, was surprised by the decision but said he was "up to the challenge" and promised to take "a coaching class through the phy ed department" before assuming the reins.   Boyd continued saying, "I don't really know what kind of offense we'll run.  I understand we have some pretty good players returning but I'll have to review the film to confirm that.  One thing I can say with certainity however is that we will bring the screen pass back into the offensive playbook.  That's been missing far too long and we'll be an even more explosive offense using it.  As far as defense goes I'll probably just leave that up to my staff.  It never really was my bag.  But I will say that we will move Widuch to cornerback to fully utilize his talents."

Boyd, as manager of a large greenhouse operation, is very knowledgeable regarding lawn care and maintenance.

Afterward DLK was seen with his check book but it was felt the two matters were entirely unrelated.

Quite a night.

;) :D ;) :D ;) :D ;) :D ;D   (that should make it clear)

Can someone within the warhawk family post this year's banquet results?
