Been away for a while...but what a nice new format!  Good to see P-ville actually ran the ball today...Emmy is starting to get it!  Hey WashedUp, is "Big Nasty's" a reference to the Pointer women?!

Steve Teeples with his 2nd int. on the Eagle 15. 4 mins to go. The fans are leaving as the Eagles break a long run to the SDSU 30. Big win for La Crosse and the WIAC.

Final: Eagles win 17-3. Great win. Whoda thunk it?

Lakeland's website is showing a 0-0 tie...  methinks this PROBABLY isn't accurate, but...

EDIT:  Yep, far from accurate, the scoreboard says 75-14, WW with the W.

No shock for me I had the Eagle all the way.  Check my pick.

What is in store for EC this year?  They had to pass on almost every down in order to move the ball yesterday.  After watching the scrimmage against St. Thomas and listening to the game yesterday it seems clear that their O-line has got some serious issues.  The O-line is getting dominated completely at the line of scrimmage.  Their passing game will begin to suffer also if they don't find a way to stop a four man pass rush.  I kid you not when I say that their O-linemen are relying on proverbial "LOOK OUT" blocks on almost every play.

"South Dakota State was ranked No. 37 in the Sagarin Ratings among schools in the subdivision formerly known as Division I-AA."

This is from the front page.  Does the term Division I-AA not exist anymore?  I wasn't aware of that.  What is it called?  Maybe Pat can help me out.

This site on NCAASports.com still calls it I-AA:  http://www.ncaasports.com/football/mens/schedules
