If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

It's very easy.  Just come to the Stagg Bowl.

That's very nice of you to make brownies for the Johnnies ;D

I love the coach.  I think he's wonderful.  But you need to wear the hat in the picture from last week.  You look sooooooo handsome in it, Duff!!!!  When you all won in 2002 I was so happy I could hardly stand it!!!! ;D ;D ;D

You got it right, footballfan413, one game at a time!!  WW has been doing a great job with that and I so hope it continues.  To those who think that Mount Union cannot be beaten, anybody can be beaten on any given day.  UMHB did it in Alliance in 2004 and earned the trip to Salem to play Linfield.  But it will take a superior effort and no mistakes because they make you pay for every mistake.  As to all WIAC,  Jacobs, Beaver, Stanley, Peter Schmidt (he is one of my favorites!!), Kleppe and AJ Raebel.  There are certainly others who deserve it, but these are definitely the ones I would cast votes for!!  Cheer hard for me at the next game.  Go WARHAWKS!!!!! ;D ;D

Warning: a message from a non UWWBWCR blogger. Nevertheless, a serious question? Who is going to succeed Coach B at UWW?  Any speculation? A free history lesson, Forrest Perkins  , who coached coach B , and some of you older bloggers, graduated from UWP. His Hall of fame plaque is in the Real Williams Field house at UWP! Blessings to all!

The absolute center of the WW offense is the offensive line.....in my book two all-americans and three who should be some team all-conference. 5 running backs have exceled for the Warhawks this year because they all are talented but the biggest contributing factor is the Oline. Jacobs ,Beaver, Stanley and the rest are very important but they go nowhere without #62,75,59,68 and 76....62 has started every game in 4 years(44) and 75 is a three yearstarter as a junior.#59 is the quickest center in the conference and #68 and 76 are tremendously improved. Oline Mom I am surprised you forgot these guys. POUND THE ROCK and POUND the FALCONS!!!!!......

BoBo

I got a hypothetical question for everyone...

If the 2006 WIAC Champion played the remaining All-WIAC all-stars,
who would win???

I got to think the All-stars might keep it close.

You're absolutely right!  I plead the migraine I've had since Saturday.  Without the OLiners, the primadonnas go nowhere. You all have gotten to see them play all fall.  I have only seen them the one time--at the Stagg Bowl last year.  I'd like another look!!  ;D ;D  And I surely hope that the OLINE and the rest of the WW keep on trucking, one game at a time well into December.

It would be interesting.  The All-Stars would have a lot of talent.  Some may have played with a few others but none would have played as a unit.  The champion would have the advantage of having played together for the entire season.  Not to mention that they'd have talent too.  It would seem the obvious bet would be the champions.

I'd definitely take the 2006 champions. ;)

Based on WW's dominance in the WIAC the past two seasons, it sure appears Coach B has put together one of the all-time best teams your conference has seen.  When was the last time a WIAC team put together 10 and 0 seasons..back-to-back.

ihavesomething2say

I agree with badgerwarhawk.  Whitewater would probably win because the all-stars would get maybe a week to come together.  Thats not enough time to play a good team that has played the whole year together.

Sakman 1111

Actually I believe it would be a good game but Whitewater would win for the reasons already stated. Versus Ditka I don't care and I am a lifelong Bears fan and season ticket holder but Ditka should get off TV AND STICK TO MAKING PORK CHOPS......something he is good at. He is a worst color announcer than Eric Dickerson was and that is bad. Coach give it a rest.....GO WARHAWKS!!....

Plus, Raiderguy, LAX LB is probably "...a fountain of misplaced rage."  Con Air
I think that's how it goes; I can't check the DVD now because my daughter is watching "The Little Mermaid"  -  no good quotes from that one!
Everyone knows people who badmouth MCU will eventually pay for it later.

My rage isn't misplaced... It's focused and directed right at the problem "Raiderguy".   Although I do enjoy yelling at people on the highway and bashing rich Democrats.
