Can anyone confirm or deny that Z has been looking into high school coaching jobs
I don't think anyone who speaks to Z. on a regular basis should be commenting on what offers he has has or where he is interviewing.....

So you should please confine your comments on Coach Z to how he allegedly got screwed? I don't know who died and made you the boss of what can and can't be talked about.

As for being the boss of anything I don't know where that comment came from......If people want to guess what type of jobs Z. is interviewing for if any I am certain they are free to do so and I certainly have no control over that . My only point was that people who talk to him on a regular basis probably wouldn't confirm this info to the message board so why bother......didn't realize it was a comment you would consider so offensive. As to commenting on whether he got screwed or not I said my piece on that . Don't understand all the angst.....Never attepted to control comments on the board and actually really enjoy hearing what others think.....

It has come to my attention that Mr O'Reilly is again posting his opinions regarding Stan Z on the wissports.net website using his Badgerwarhawk user name.  While that is certainly his right and there is nothing I can do about it I do want to make it abundantly clear that I do not post on the wissports.net website.  Absolutely nothing posted to date or in the future by a Badgerwarhawk on that website was posted by me.

So, PLEASE, don't anyone go back to Stan, who I supported and consider a personal friend, and tell him that I'm saying things about him on the internet.   I've had enough problems with that already.

BTW, Shawn, you forget to mention the head coaching job he applied for and was offerred but declined to remain at WW.

I think you started the angst on this board on this subject, actually.

It's your board so I will defer to you on who started or gets the final say.....Football banquet is over, all-american teams selected, new coaches appear all to be in place so 2006 has been put to bed at Whitewater;as well as,the issue of the new coach and whether or not Z got reamed. We wish the new coach well and the 2007 Warhawks and will be there to support them as many times as possible next year. Whether or not people wish to comment on Z. and what rumor they heard about him I never had control over and like I said before never understood the purpose but certainly support their right to do so......By the way great job on the season in review for 2006.......

Mr. Mack,
You drive a hard bargain, but it's a deal. I would prefer not to be shot. That's a total deal-breaker for me.
I think a lot of things get lost in translation on message boards. No ill will intended on my end. Just wanted to see it through, and it ended in its logical conclusion.
And Titan2k is not my boy, though I'm glad he had my back...at least until you flashed a piece on the lanes. The dude abides.

Now that's funny. Getting shot always ends up being a deal-breaker.

"I think a lot of things get lost in translation on message boards."

Truer words have rarely been spoken. I once had a girl crying because of what she thought I might have maybe said on AOL IM, which I had no idea that I meant ... but that's another story for another day.

I wonder if this K Mack dude has any predictions on the Oshkosh coaching position.

He could also take some humble pie pills.

I'll jump in on that prediction thing.  A guy already on your staff has the job for the year.
regarding K-Mack taking humble pills:No need at all.  This guy is the best at what he does.  Trust me on this one.  Now Titan2000, get back on that basketball board where you belong and get after that deer hunting buddy of yours.  The board is boring without you.

Hey sweet, thanks.

I was/am just interested in keeping the mood light.

In real life I'm plenty humble. In fact, I'm the most humble person I know. The humblest!

I was wondering if the humble pie pills were going to be help with the sudafed behind the pharmacist's counter. :)

Hey, I don't deal with any of that.

And I'm avoiding all the jokes that may or may not be popping into my head regarding drugs and the WIAC, because they're totally unnecessary at this point.

Yes, it is..............but I am sure he didn't mean to paint the entire WIAC conference with a broad brush because of the alleged behavior of a few players in one program.  Must be that, "lost in translation thing."  ;) ;D 8)
