Looks like Trey Bell has signed with Grand Rapids Rampage in the AFL.

Looks like UW-RF will have a new O-coordinator by the end of the weekend.  Thanks Whitewater for the help in finding the right coach for the job.   I believe a coach will be returning to his alma mater fairly soon ;D

Everyone here has pretty much been expecting that to happen for roughly the past month or so.

You're welcome.

If "Z" gets that huge big-assed offensive line to block someone which I assume he will.....the River Falls offense could become credible for the first time in a while.....It will hurt to watch but I wish him the best.....

I learned yesterday that UWP will play ST Ambrose of Davenport on 09/08/07, to fill out the 10 game schedule. the Fighting Bees were 10-1 last year only losing in the NAIA playoffs. God Bless!

This should be a good matchup.  The first two games (St. Ambrose and Drake) should better prepare them for the conference games.   Sorry to see them losing Drake after next year.

I, too, wish him all the best and know that he will be a great addition to any team.  A huge boost to the Falcons if it works out that way.  Frankly, I will be happy to have it settled one way or another.  He needs to make his departure official if he is leaving for sure, (if he hasn't already,) so a decision can be made at Whitewater.  The Warhawks need to know how their coaching staff is going to look as soon as possible.  Will the head coach call the plays or will they be looking to fill the O-Coordinator with someone else?  A delayed decision can only hurt UWW.

I would be pretty surprised if there is anyone in the UW-WW football program who doesn't already know what Stan's intentions are.

Knowing what his intentions are and having them become official are two different things.  Correct me if I am wrong but until it is official, there can be no movement toward posting and filling the OC position.  Great OC's probably already know where they are coaching in the fall.  That leaves only the existing staff as potential candidates but maybe that is already the plan.

I'm certain this news, if and when "official," is among the worst kept secrets in the history of Wisconsin football.  Just to echo badgerwarhawk and take it one step further, my best estimate is that the contingency plans have probably been in place for months for a replacement OC.  The reality of the situation is that changes to the status quo were bound to occur with the hiring of a the HC at WW anyway.  I see the latest development as a hiccup in the total scheme of things.

First of all great to hear Voice that you are doing well.....For the Spring practice at least as far as I heard Dink is the offensive coordinator. For what it is worth I believe he would be a great OC......
