I second that.  Dan Turk can't last forever and we need another WARHAWK in the NFL.  :D

BDB,

When and where is the party? I know this has to make you smile.
I doubt any part of this situation is making anyone smile.
BDB - Have you heard how the rest of the team is handling all of this negative activity.  I am sure there is alot of good athletes in Stout who are not to happy.  Any insite on the current players?

Exactly. No party here raider.

BDB,
This reminded me....it wasn't the AD you were upset with it was the Chancellor that was responsible for Coach Todds departure. Is he next? How has he been able to stay clear of all this? The athletic dept. is still part of his responsibility.
Maybe then there will be a party. It does sound like Stout has been able to put some good coaches in place and Todd has landed on his feet in the MIAC so maybe there is a happy ending for all in the future.
WELCOME TO THE MACHINE!

Duh, of course I meant Matt Turk.  I don't know why but I consistantly confuse those two.

Has anyone else noticed the Drug Testing equipment that is now available on this page?  The advertisements on this page are somewhat interesting at this point in time.

I think if Point wins all three of these games they get an automatic berth into the NAIA playoffs.  Sheesh, what a crappy non-conference schedule.

I can buy the "no one wants to play us" argument when it means you have one NAIA team on the schedule, but it's much harder to swallow with three of them.

Essentially, Point is eliminating themselves from Pool C consideration.  If they could go 9-1 (6-1 WIAC) with just a loss to the conference champ, their regional record would only be 6-1.  There's no way they will ever be selected over a team that has a 9-1 or 8-1 (or maybe even 8-2) regional record, no matter how impressive they are in those seven WIAC games.

It's all or nothing for the Pool A bid for Point.

Good luck to Ryan Kleppe, Cody Childs and Steve Teeples who will represent the WIAC and the USA at the 2007 World Championship of American Football in Japan later this summer.

The Warhawks schedule is a difficult one-----St. Cloud State and a very tough Mary Hardin Baylor who is returning many starters. It will be challenging to go through the regular season undefeated. If the Warhawks win the WIAC they probably would have to play St. Johns away and if they get by them it could another trip to Oregon. This will be a very interesting season but if Danny Jones is as good as his rep they have a decent chance to be in Salem again.....
