Knowing how much family means to him I can't say that I'm totally surprised by his change of heart.

Considering how many times it has happened recently (Billy Donovan, for instance) and going all the way back to Bobby Cremins at Georgia Tech a few years ago, I guess we can't be too surprised at the change of heart.  It seems to be the fashionable thing to do these days.  It just took him a little longer to realize there might be other things more important in his life.

BTW please, UWW, or WW would even sufice but WWW really gets annoying. Whitewater is ONE word.

Sorry to get your panties in a wad, but in my part of the woods they are usually referred to as "Wisconsin Whitewater".  Hence the WWW.

Maybe we should start calling it..........MTUC.........or Mount Union College!   ;)

However, that might get confused with.........MATC...........or Milwaukee (or Madison) Area Technical College.............by some people in part of those woods.

Hey uww, oww or www. It's okay with me. It's where I graduated from. As far as Mount Union let's just refer to the as the CHAMPS, because thats what they are.It is also unbelievable how their coaches got #2 to come to Alliance Ohio from Miami Florida. Anyone who has ever been to Alliance knows that there is nothing in that town.Just like in Whitewater. However they got him their they did a good job. He was a man among boys in the stagg bowl last December.
Gotta beat the best to be the best otherwise your just one of the rest

Mike Zimmerman is from Ohio, not Miami.

If you're trying to talk about Pierre Garcon, he wears No. 1, he's from West Palm Beach and the Mount Union coaches didn't get him to come to Alliance from Florida -- he transferred from Norwich, a Division III school in Vermont. It was those coaches who got him to leave Florida.

Otherwise, man -- your assumptions are spot on.

Definitely looking forward to the matchup with #2 UWW and #4 Mary Hardin-Baylor in Whitewater....

I think La Crosse has an away game with MHB.

Nice that someone will play WIAC teams.

Correction, La Crosse plays at Hardin-Simmons not Mary Hardin-Baylor on Sept. 1.  Whitewater plays MHB in Whitewater on Oct 27.

Look on the bright side.  It's always better to be a smart a$$ than a dumb a$$.

And for the record, the college prefers "MTU", not "MUC". ;D
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

It's a shame they didn't tell the Web site folks.

http://www.muc.edu

The muc.edu address was set-up a years ago.  The current preferrence, especially in the athletic department, is MTU.  Scroll down to the Individual Statistics section of the following:    http://www.oac.org/confldrs_064.htm
