Duffman, I guess I don't have your degree of clarity about our game but that is just me......concerning the MIAC.....What happened to it? When St.Olaf becomes one of the better teams in your conference that is downright distressing. Makes it hard to lose a game except to Bethel.....Maybe if we played a cupcake schedule I could learn to relax and have a cocktail like you and contemplate life. For me it is more fun to play credible opponents even if I find it more tense to know that you might have to play very well this week to win and if you don't you might lose....

I don't know what you're talking about.  The MIAC has always been a sissy league.  I'd be much obliged if you could cite an example of when the MIAC was not a bunch of cupcakes ???

Another Danny Jones story, this one from the Milwaukee Journal/Sentinal.  Good to read the CA native has played in the snow before.

Guess where our 5'5" cornerback's helmet will hit.

Remember, besides having his helmet in that special spot, he (Gabe Schultz), held his own last year against MHB with an interception and pass break-up in the end zone late in the game.

If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

And what topics are you referring?

Guess we weren't suppose to spill the beans that Schultz is 5'5"  (or 5' 6" depending on what roster you read!!)  ;)
"Of course, that's just my opinion, I could be wrong!"  Dennis Miller

"Three things you don't want to be in football, slow, small and friendly!"  John Madden

"You can learn more character on the two-yard line than anywhere else in
life." Paul Dietzel / LSU

I would venture to say that it is not a secret at all, well-kept or otherwise, wouldn't you?   ;)

That's the plan, a rainy day could drive me to a bar to watch in comfort though.

LOL, I hear ya.  Actually I have been hoping to watch this game in serious discomfort, as cold and rainy as possible, as a warm welcome for the Texas boys.   :D

Just checked the weather report and it looks like the only rain predicted may effect the tailgate.   >:( >:(

As to the forecast, a little windy for my liking. I think it would affect WW more than UMHB. WW relies on passing and kicking more.
