Hey BoBo...

sounds like y'all got nothing to worry about then, eh??  lol

Oh and maybe you didn't get the memo....

We're taking your womenfolk back with us to Crawfordsville, too.

Wabash 34  Purple Turkeys 24.

Nothing to worry about, that's the only thing you got right!

Take all the womenfolk ( ???) you want, you marauding band of little men, there's plenty to go around

So, you were the comedian with that score prediction!  And Purple Turkeys?  Very clever.

I think you should stick to something you know about, soccer boy (but then again, you probably don't know jack about that either).

WARHAWKEXPRESS---I was at the bar right by your house today. We really need to start going there when we can. Next time I see you, remind me to tell you about the redneck I got into it with there. Funny stuff.

Warhawk 96

Doesn't matter what the weather is, Warhawks will roll. If their rush defense is sketchy before they come into the Perk then it will be dominated. Their only chance is to be efficient through the air but with our front seven not giving them much time to throw, things can get ugly in a hurry.

Just read warhawkfootball.com article about the game. Both coaches blowing smoke up each others butt. Bottom line, the little giants are too much little and not enough giant. Weather be damned, WW by at least 3 TDS.

Isn't that the truth...comparing the little guys to St. Cloud...seems like LL has gone off the deep end...asked what concerns him about WW, Coach BlueJay says, "everything."  Coaches get slightly goofy this time of year, but, coaches will be coaches.

There are three things that can happen when you throw the football and two of them aren't good.  With the Hawks defense, I like our odds.  Seniors........... play like every game could be your last.  Sounds like the weather will be brutal but hang in there, it will be 55 and sunny in Salem tomorrow.   ;) :D

Coach Bluejay?  Seriously??  And here I thought you were one of the good guys all week.  Unfortunate.   :-\

Don't misunderstand, I am one of the good guys, let's just say that it's been a long week/wait for game day to arrive & I was feeling a little strange...  Looking for a well played game by two well coached teams.  Hope the weather isn't the deciding factor in the outcome of the game, though if it's as bad as the reports call for, it may be hard to ignore.  Plan for enough time getting over from Janesville.  I've been on that road too many times during bad weather and it can be rough.  You've been a real gentleman all week and I respect you for your thoughts and comments.  I apologize for my temporary slip. Looking for a few hours of shut-eye before getting up in the middle of the night to listen in.

Voice, if you're reading this, I sure wish you would take a picture from your office of the field/conditions and post them on warhawkfootball.com.

Nothing like a picture of a game day field at the Perk!!!  Fresh paint, yard markers, ncaa banners, snow falling according to the current weather report, etc.

I'll be listening via the internet, but I sure could use some visuals!!!

Dallas,  Are you going to be on PP during the game?    I could sure use some updates since I am not allowed Streaming audio where I'm at.

Well.....I'll be listening and available for the first two hours, but I'm sad to say that I HAVE TO attend a birthday party at 2:00 for some close friends of ours.  I'm not happy about it, but they are good friends, and I'm a good guy, I guess.

So, yes, I will be providing updates via PP for the first couple of hours, and then I will have to rely on my phone and someone else's updates on PP for the remainder of the game.  I'm sure someone will be on here to help us out!!

Old School G

What up, what up?

Old School here after a week of soaking up the sun in L.A.   Seems I missed some excitement over the last week.  I couldn't read all of the crap, but, here are my thoughts:

1. Trash talking is part of the game.  If you do it well, you can take a guy totally out of his game.  You can use a guy's ego against him.  And yes, Jordan is widely regarded as the best trash talker in the history of the NBA followed closely by Bird.  And what about when you would hear soundbites from linebackers like L.T., Singeltary, and I just heard a great Joey Porter one.  Should we refrain from intimidation in football too?

Instead of playing the game... perhaps we can invite the other team over for a spirited debate and stay away from all the savagery.

2.  Stop with the "oh, you won, but it wasn't classy" shiz.  That's just loser talk.

3.  I've also said this before and agree with the Goo.  St. john's is over.

4.  In addition to stabbing people in the face for fun, Levake once took on the entire town of Ft. Atkinson in a game of "Kill the Carrier" and to my knowledge, he still hasn't been tackled.

5. I am so uninterested in this week's game I'm going to the ice capades.  Hawks 64-2 (punt snap out of the back of the endzone)
