Hey WW fans!  Please post where some of you will be hanging out later on Friday night (Corned Beef? downtown), because the Skunk and I would like to catch up with some of you if we get the chance.  If not, we will see you in the parking lot Saturday.

Safe journeys......

Hey Warhawk fans, lets plan on making Salem Stadium, Perkins Stadium-East on Saturday!

We look forward to seeing another huge crowd following the Warhawks out to a third consecutive Amos Alonzo Stagg Bowl appearance against rival Mount Union College (Ohio).

Warhawk fans, please note there will be a Friday Night Social at the Marriott Courtyard Inn, located 3301 Ordway Drive, near the Roanoke Airport.

As was the case last year, all Warhawk fans are invited to the social and give you the chance to fire up the night prior to the Stagg Bowl.

A number of Warhawk fans are staying at the Marriott this week, but this social is for ALL Warhawk fans.

We've already contacted the Marriott to make sure they don't run out of liquid refreshments this year!!!

That is Friday night (Dec. 14), a Warhawk Fire-Up Social at the Mariott Courtyard Inn, located at 3301 Ordway Drive, near the Roanoke Airport.

Never been to Salem before this year, but I wonder if your cannon guy could get permission to set up just outside the fence (I'll only hate it if UWW wins  :) ).

Although I'm sure most people traveling to Salem from America's Dairyland have already left, safe travels and see you all in Va.
They should have practiced harder.

Did you remind them to have more than a 1/2 pint of Brandy on hand?

What the hell was that?  That was a Drop-kick.  Drop-kick? How much is that worth?  Three points.  THREE POINTS?!

Any news from Oshkosh? Is Cerroni keeping the staff as is?
If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

UWW;  No one gave the Johnnies a snowballs chance in hell of winning in '03... so what the hell Warhawks, go win the damn game.   ;)

Did you get some self satisfaction from this Goo?
Moriarty had an excellent career at Oshkosh and was a phenomenal running back. I would not have wanted to play alongside any other running back. Is that a biased comment? Hell yes  8)

I think I've heard enough on this topic...

6,335 career rushing yards, which rank second in Division III history and top the school and WIAC lists, and his school-record 43 touchdowns. He's a three-time all-American and three-time Gagliardi finalist. With even a modest performance on Saturday, he'll pass former Heisman Trophy winner Ron Dayne (6,397 career yards) for 10th place on the all-divisions rushing list.

Moriaty still better?

I would be surprised if there will not be a couple coaching staff changes. No disrespect at all to the coaching staff at Oshkosh but a few aspects of the team did not produce to the standards needed to become the elite team in the conference (trying to put this as nice and respectful as possible). A large graduating class leaving is good timing to alter a few things...

You can take playing with a pretty good back all you want. I am sure Goo and the rest of the Warhawks will take three straight undefeated seasons, and three trips to the stagg bowl over that any time. Not to mention he and the rest of the warhawks since 2004 have played with one of the greatest backs ever in WIAC history JUSTIN BEAVER.
Hey how's Oshkosh doing in the playoffs have they beaten Lawrence and Ripon yet. ;D

seventiesraider- Go look at the predictions on the Front Page link for 2000 and 2003, and you'll see that only one predictor each year had St John's winning, and one had it on a last second field goal.
