The 23 seniors and their coaches were introduced at half time of a Badgers BB game on Dec. 22nd, and I heard it was a standing ovation the entire time as each player was introduced individually!  They showed great support for the team!

I beleive that the MUC "coach ballastic" has broken into the production room and destroyed the equipment needed to make the DVD but since the end of the game Brianna Banks has made 20 movies distributed to 50 million people world wide. 

Regarding the DVD, I put in an inquiry this morning because I had taken my cue from Sakman and put in a separate order in January for the 05 and 06 copy as well.  (I ordered the 07 three days after the Stagg.)  My card was charged three weeks ago by Thought Equity (the production partner that the NCAA has hired to produce these DVD's,) for the 05, 06 order but has yet to ship my copies.  NCAA said that the 07 is still in production and being prepared to send out in a few weeks but no explanation as to why the other two have not been shipped to me as they are in stock.    The matter is being looked into!   

Ok, thanks, guys.  I feel better now that I know we are all getting the same, mixed signals, about the shipping date.  It'll be a nice warm day in paradise when that thing finally does arrive.

Those penguin videos look like some of us fans leaving the Wabash & MHB playoff games and flopping into the hot tub at the hotel to thaw out. The waddle is a mirror image of the "Purple Haze" stagger when you can't feel your toes.  8)

Just logged on to say that Mr. Postman had brought my order from Impact as well but see that I am late.  Knew that you would be one happy camper, Sink!  Regarding the DVD, I put in an inquiry this morning because I had taken my cue from Sakman and put in a separate order in January for the 05 and 06 copy as well.  (I ordered the 07 three days after the Stagg.)  My card was charged three weeks ago by Thought Equity (the production partner that the NCAA has hired to produce these DVD's,) for the 05, 06 order but has yet to ship my copies.  NCAA said that the 07 is still in production and being prepared to send out in a few weeks but no explanation as to why the other two have not been shipped to me as they are in stock.    The matter is being looked into!

You know what they say about assuming, Sink.      As I said, my card was charged over 3 weeks ago for the second order of the 05, 06 Stagg and the order still hasn't been shipped!    Damn is right!

Info regarding installation of Field Turf at Perkins Stadium:

If approved, installation is planned to begin in May of 2008 and is projected to finish by early October at the latest.

Better hope that they are done earlier than October. I had fun watching the snowplows during the Wabash game but not sure how it would play with the team having to start the season with half grass half turf.

Gentlemen - the boys over in the MIAC are not telling jokes or talking fishing today! They are actually talking football! Albeit WIAC football, which it seems they like to talk about as much as their own conference.

Bulk is there an issue if all the talk on the MIAC board is about jokes and fishing.  News flash....Its the dead of winter.  What football is there to talk about.  Oh wait I guess we have a Super Bowl on Sunday.  Thats noteworthy.

bulk, I think if retagent really wanted to "stir up trouble," he would have made the comment here and with a bit more bravado.  I read the comment in question and IMO, it appears to have been a dud, a much smaller war than even he may have envisioned - only a couple replies of no significance, basically ignored. +k for the effort!

Why so bitter, sink? Better for the Warhawks to have him back, I would think. I doubt he would go after the Coe HC position and possibly make it a triple crown losing effort in one off season - probably a step down, as well.  He's better off putting this one behind him, recruit and help UWW to another successful season and go after something next off season, IMO.
