Isn't Whitewater going to be installing Field Turf this summer?  That would seem to leave them out of the loop, too.  What about EC?  Too close to the Chiefs?

Someone told me that Stan Watson (former LB and coach at Mount Union) was leaving Emory & Henry and I thought that he may be heading to Marietta since they had a new HC hiring recently, so I went to check if they had any news.  I then stumbled on Derek's "Brother from another mother" at the Marietta website. 

Happy Easter to All and congrats again on the Championship this year!

Supposed to be. We do have 5 other fields though that they can use. Maybe this will be a good reason for us to at least put on hold field turf installation

That is Ross (younger brother who played CB at MTU) who went to Nebraska.  Stan (older brother who played LB at MTU) was a LB coach at MTU after graduation, then went to Emory and Henry College with Montgomery as the Defensive Coordinator.

That's the plan.  There's still work to be done ($) but the wheels are in motion and the athletic department is moving forward on the project.

I kenw one of the watson's went to Nebraska. Kirasdad. Do you know if they are any relations to Shawn Watson who is the IC at Nebraska. MTC to nebraska D3 TO D1 thats a big step up even if it's just a GA position.
