The St. Louis Rams are concluding, today, two days of visiting prospective training camp sites to begin this July.  Rams' officials spent this morning touring UW-Whitewater's facilities. This afternoon, the St. Louis entourage tours facilities at Concordia University in Mequon.  On Monday the Rams visited UW-Stevens Point, UW-Oshkosh and Holy Name Seminary in Madison, the site Wisconsin fornally held its preseason training at.

Rams' officials seemed quite impressed with Whitewater's facilities.  A decision on a Wisconsin training camp location will be announced within the next 7 to 10 days.

It would be pretty cool to see an NFL team camping at UWW.  I could handle spending a day watching the Rams work things out.

Any early predictions for the season?

I'm not hearing good things coming out of the Titans Spring Practice, but I think that these are mostly players that will not be starters come Fall because of the talent that has been brought in.

Looking at the 9 game schedule, I think Oshkosh will be a 5-4 team with a 3-4 WIAC record next season.

As usual UWW will come in first with no conference loses and Lax is second.  Thats a suprise.  River Falls will be at the bottom.  All the others will be middle of the pack.
