I will not accept the simple response as winning another national championship without a solid argument.

Is there more than one Klopenhiemer on here, because the one who said the above couldn't have possibly said this below:

Iowa State University plays basketball in an area called Hilton.  They commonly use the phrase "Hilton Magic".  This is because they have a long tradition of pulling upsets on their home court and something good always seems to happen.  Though I think this is kind of phoney, I do go along with it.  I go along with it because they have a long proven track record to back up this statement.

To answer your question, yes I will accept Warhawk magic.  If you feel that it has some merit.  If you are just running off at the mouth, in order to spite another poster, then no.  Do I believe in Johnnie magic you ask?  Well after 40+ years of the storied traditions, and the fact that kids seek SJU more often than the coaching staff seeks them, I will go along with this.  I would compare this to Central in the IIAC.  They have a long storied traidition and wake up in the morning thinking they will win the conference the upcoming season.  For those type of teams, I do accept those type of statements.  But once again, feel free to use Warhawk magic if you feel the need.

So if we can move past the nitty gitty nit picking, I'd love to see what your cupboard boasts for the upcoming season.  I might add that I'd also like to see some predictions regarding the W-L record as well.  I know it might be to soon for this, so I will not demand to see this.

I don't intend to be mean spirited or even "word it up" to incite trouble (I'm comfortable with my self-esteem), but come on, that's your answer?  If anybody else had posted that here, especially yours truly, we would have been verbally abused immediately, probably called idiotic or moronic, bombed, burned, beheaded like stealth said, or maybe even called a dog like I was earlier by someone.  I really hope you don't accept Warhawk Magic as an answer because I had tongue firmly planted in cheek when I said it. And besides that, it's downright stupid. Thank you for using Iowa State as your leading example - that clinched my case.  I'm even going to send a little k your way because that was one of the funniest posts in a long time...I'm sure all your pals will have your back on this, like usual.  So, life goes on...no hard feelings.

Former Stout QB Keldric Stokes led the Chippewa Valley Predators (4-3) to a W last night by throwing for five TDs and 343 yards, helping secure his team a spot in the Western Conference championship game in the Elite Football League.

They will face Superior (6-0) in Superior for the conference title, July 26...

Here's a link to last night's game recap, in the EC Leader-Telegram:

The paper also had a feature about him in Friday's paper, because Stokes was making his first start for the Predators this season. He had been playing pro football in Norway for the last five months...

We are all now dumber after reading this post.  At no point did you even make any kind of rational answer.  In an earlier post you said you were going to get down to the nitty gritty and tell us what UWW cupboard's does boast.  At no point have you even made an attempt to do so.  Thank you sir for proving my point.  Good day!

BTW  you make many mentions of your self esteem in posts.  Are you sure it is okay?  I have found that when one talks about something so much, it can be the root of  their problem.

If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

I just posted a reply, but deleted it since I really don't feel like getting nasty.  It's really not in my nature - hard to believe but true.  However, let me just say this, check your facts before you make foolish statements. The record clearly shows your comments are wrong.  And I do intend to respond to your demand when I get the time to do it correctly and completely. But, like most on here, I don't respond to threats and insults.  I don't consider that other post to be disrespectful to you or anyone else - unlike your response - thanks Dr. Phil for your concerns, but I have other problems that are more pressing!!  ;D

Quick Pat take this down before animal rights activists call PETA and all hell breaks loose on a football post board.  No kangaroo beatings allowed in the USA. Look what they have done to my surrogate nephews the penguins. Vanished like the ice pack. Did you get a +k or a -k. Either way very funny.

There's only one way to find out if a man is honest...ask him. If he says 'yes,' you know he is a crook.

I have applied for a patent on the term"snoop magic".  I can think of at least one school that wants to use it. :)
