Ya, but a hell of a punter you are!  ;)  When you are logged in, (must be or the thread is not available to you,) you will see a Pick'ems thread link just under the General Football Thread.  Follow that to the WIAC's Pick'em thread.  We state our intentions to compete for the season and post our pick's every week by kick-off time.  Nate will post the weekly schedule beginning of every week and the results after the weekend.  Good Luck!

Good luck to Rob Perry in making the team...although his football skills may be rusty, I can't think of a more enthusiastic and devoted Warhawk...I have seen him in attendance at many Warhawk sporting events....his leadership could be beneficial to the young players on the team...Voice, nice story about Rob...

Hey, Stoutguy is in for Pick'em as well.  Went down to the scrimmage today and saw that a Menomonie High School kid was running at first team tail back so now I'm thinking Stout is going to win the conference. :o  Besides, if BDB is in the contest, I have a great chance of not finishing last.

This is great to see so many people doing the pickem this year.  Just remember to have your picks in next week on the pickem thread by Friday since Whitewater has the early game on 09/05.

Is everyone else as excited as I am to have college football starting this Thursday!

Oh, and to keep this board nice and clean, we'll have all posts regarding the WIAC Pickem in the pickem thread which can be found underneath all of the regional boards of the first page of the message boards.

BoBo

Maybe to make things a bit more interesting in the pick'em contest, natecook59, besides the WIAC games in the pick'em, we could add a non-WIAC, region or national game to the pick'em weekly roster of games?  It's just a thought...what do you other guys think? It might add a dash of spice or even a tasty side dish to the WIAC main course each week.

BoBo and FB413,
I'm in. Not sure what I'm in for, besides humilitation, disgrace, ego deflation, oh wait thats work realted  ;D  Just tell me what I need to do to get up to speed.
Coming off the high or low in golf terms of shooting a Stealth record 75 at the golf course Saturday so I'm a little behind on the posts.
Is Eric Brewster related to Punky Brewster ? That may solve the mystery. If so I know the family.  :o

How about it Barber Greene, SheckDiesel, racinewarhawk91, AAholder, etc?...Game on, Gentleman.  The more, the merrier! ;)

stealth, where are you?  Falcon guys? dallas? do I dare say old indian? there's also a few blugolds, too.  Time to step up!!
There's only one way to find out if a man is honest...ask him. If he says 'yes,' you know he is a crook.

Barber Greene

Looking at the UWW athletic staff directory website, it lists Kevin Bullis, former defensive coordinator and d-line coach at River Falls as an assistant coach...

Here is some info about him from the River Falls website

http://www.uwrf.edu/sports_archive_0607/sports0607/fb_assistantcoach.htm

Question: Is Ryan Kleppe coaching again this year?

I guess I have no choice but to participate.

I'm in.

I like the thought of a bonus game on the side.  nate, if you've got your hands full just with the WIAC slate, I'll volunteer to pick a tasty game each week and keep the tally of "bonus chips" earned by participants.  Keeping it separate (maybe as some kind of tiebreaker?) would give us another category to brag about - when we don't suck, of course.   ;D
What the hell was that?  That was a Drop-kick.  Drop-kick? How much is that worth?  Three points.  THREE POINTS?!

footballfan413

Stealth, since you were too busy on the links this weekend to keep up on your reading of PP, (congrats on the 75, btw,) I will  review my instructions.  When you are logged in, (must be or the thread is not available to you,) you will see a Pick'ems thread link just under the General Football Thread under the regional boards on the first page.  Follow that to the WIAC's Pick'em thread.  That is where you state your intention to compete for the season and where everyone will post their pick's every week by the first kick-off time.  Nate will post the weekly schedule beginning of every week and the results after the weekend.  Good Luck!

KS and Bobo, love the idea of a bonus pick game.

The choice is all yours to accept or decline, dallas - but if you decide not to participate, we have to think about changing your user name to...Waxahachie or someother place like that.  :-\  just kidding
