Situation...I just played 5 simulated games on the National Sports Rankings for Eau Claire at La Crosse, 2008.  Got these results:

EC 41-3
EC 50-7
EC 48-8
EC 54-9
EC 64-13

Conclusion...Eau Claire probably wins on Saturday.   :D   ;D   ::)

According to Sporting News Today...

"It looks like the youth movement is continuing at wide receiver. The club released veteran Eddie Kennison on Tuesday and is expected to elevate Derek Stanley from the practice squad. Stanley, an '07 seventh-round draft pick out of Wisconsin-Whitewater, lacks ideal size (5-11, 179) but would add speed and quickness."

Not So Fast: Kennison re-signed hours after Rams cut him.

As a result, the anticipated elevation of Derek Stanley from the practice squad may be delayed for another week.

Congrats to Level Coppage and Max Ford offensive and defensive players of the week respectively for their fine performances against LAX. Two former OPRF Huskies who have found their niche at UWW.....Pound the Rock....

Huskies are known to be highly efficient, with tremendous strength, speed and stamina.  They also have a positive working attitude.

So they made the Kennison move without first knowing the status of Looker.  Some great GM'ing there, no wonder they're is such disarray.

With the discussion concerning the record attendance at Perkins Stadium last saturday, I thought it might be interesting to note the game with the smallest crowd at a D3 game last week.  Man, this one really surprised me when I read it.  Not so much who it was (MacMurray vs  LaGrange), but the total attendance figure...(drum roll please)...

10

That's right...all of 10!!

How is that possible?  How do you have only 10 people attend a football game?  That's crazy...

I wonder how many of the 10 were for MacMurray and how many for LaGrange?......

If that's indeed true, it must be bad because obviously the player's family won't even come out to watch the game

Pat, out of curiousity I was wondering if RF nominated WR Michael Zweifel for the team of the week and you went with the other three or if they failed to nominate him?

Bobo,
Hot off the Yahoo web news. Seems some of the kin folk have went astray and are in recovery mode.

There's only one way to find out if a man is honest...ask him. If he says 'yes,' you know he is a crook.

LaGrange's website has some pictures up from the game.  You can see fans in the background of some, and it's more than 10 (but less than 11,028).
What the hell was that?  That was a Drop-kick.  Drop-kick? How much is that worth?  Three points.  THREE POINTS?!

Gee, don't suppose that's a typo.

It's from the official NCAA Statistics.  How often do they make mistakes?...oops, forget I asked that!! Since neither team reported an attendance, does the NCAA just give you 10 in that case?  For statistical reasons?  I also saw that Ithaca and Hartwick was listed as having an attendance of 1 for their game on Sept 20.
BTW, Mr. Coleman, how is a poll question deleted (WIAC pickem page)?  It's well past it's prime and needs to come down!!

We were part of that recovery team because some of the rescued were cousins, aunts, uncles, etc.  we were trying to keep the operation top secret for security concerns (you know Pirates in the area!!)

I see what you are getting at - they probably only had 6 or 7, but wanted INFLATE it for bragging purposes.
