Hogan Knows Best

I Love it when Tubs gives us his thoughts.  You going to be at HC for the Point Game?

"What'cha gonna do when the 24-inch pythons run wild on you?"

Hogan Knows Best

Tubs is GOO for those who did not know who the fatest of all the faties is.

In addition to the "fatest of the faties" Goo is also a flatlander.    ;)

Sorry,Gooman, I couldn't resist.  Truth be told here in WARHAWKLAND we love Illinios athletes.  Particularly the running back you funneled our way this year.   The two LBs aren't bad either.  Keep the pipeline open, Goo.

Goo while riding your bike to the high school try and not fall off!! Pretty brutal that you aren't gonna be at HC!!  Good luck to the Hawks this weekend as the Dynasty rolls on....Hawks 41 STP 6!!  Wells two TD's, Rusch 12 catches, Brandes 6 hitch naked's, Giff catches his standard long ball, and the O-line paves the way for another 300 yard rushing day!!

Sakman 1111

Goo Crew returns for the Eau Claire game ......have to miss Homecoming for final high school battle... Hopefully tailgate will be as good as the LAX game.....maybe Ray will actually come in the stadium this year....tremendous disappointment that Tom Moore didn't make soup....I guess we should become the Coppage Crew now.....Pound the Rock and give the Pointers an old fahioned Monkey Stomping!......

I think you can give your guys a little more credit oshfb.  Ceroni said the plan was to control Coppage and for the most part they did a decent job of that.  Take away the 44 yarder and he was 19 carries for 59 yards (3.1 yards per carry).  Aside from the 44 yard jaunt his next longest runs were 8 yards twice and he rushed for three yards or less 11 of those 19 carries.

I've complained about the penalties for three years running so I don't know that it's unique to this team.

Actually, Badgerwarhawk we said basically the same thing...you just took it a step further and broke down the actual stats. Here is what I said: "From the stats it seems as though Coppage was "controlled" with the exception of one long run." Ceroni won't be easy on the guys so why should I.

Little known fact. Jones stayed at UWW to finish up his degree and is one of assistant offense coachs but also I understand Donovans room mate. Big advantage to D man having that experience in the same house breaking down game films, playing Madden, some one to talk about the experiences (highs and lows) with, etc. ? I would think it would be huge confidence builder at the least.  He sure looks like he is a solid groove. Off course grampa moses could have at least completed one or two passes with the kind of time the O line gave him last week. WOW they have been impressive all year.
There's only one way to find out if a man is honest...ask him. If he says 'yes,' you know he is a crook.

Hate to call out everyone's beloved "Voice" but how can it be almost 7 on tuesday and not a single update has been made to warhawkfootball.com?  It's homecoming week isn't it?  maybe it is time to outsource this site to some students who need some web experience.. just a thought...

Pat Coleman

Are you really complaining that there isn't any news on that site today? There were three new stories yesterday, two on Sunday and one on Saturday.

From the UWO student newspaper:

For a team that has been outscored 114-43 and outgained 1898-979 on the season through five games, the idea of making the playoffs would usually sound like a pipe dream. But the Titans are in a good position despite the two blowout losses.

"We definitely think, at this point, that we can win out," Levonowich said. "If we do that, there's no guarantee, but we think we can do that and put ourselves in a great position to make the playoffs."

LOL.

Ouch - that hurts >:(   Thought it was OK to take a day off to fill the sausage costumes for this Saturday's game, work on final details for Military Appreciation Day, work with 25 area youth football programs in advance of having each program particpate in either the 11/1 or 11/8 games, work with the printer on the 11/1 gameday program, finalize UWW's Bleacher Creature spring semester program, and do my laundry.  Once I have my laundry folded I'll have two more stories for you before midnight.

On the other hand, I really appreciate those who look to the Website for Warhawk football news.

Go Hawks!!
