As much as I like Coors Light, there are so many other good beers to be had a Whistle Binkies!!!  I loved that place when I lived in Roch.  By the way, I had heard that they opened a second Whistle Binkies--is that true?

True, that's the one I went to. They have a little lake (I call it a pond) with a sand beach, I never saw anyone swim, and a huge outside deck. Nice place, and pretty good food. When I was there, they had $2.00 Miller products all the time. I always felt a little light in the loafers saying "Whistle Binkies" though.

I've been going to the old one here, haven't made it to the new one yet.  Still trying to get settled in here though.  Might try CJ's now, thanks for the tip Flash.  Nothing compares to the Big I in Fairbanks as of yet, but that was more the people than anything else.

I noticed in the playoff rules, that CANNON was mentioned specifically in the list of artificial noise makers this year. It wasn't mentioned in prior years. That makes me think no cannon in the endzone. Is it canon or cannon?

Question for Pointer Fans-
Any reason to buy tickets in advance for Saturday or is there plenty of seating?

I've never known Goerke to sell out, but it can get very crowded.  I don't know if advance sale is even available.  You shouldn't have a problem though if you plan to sit on the visitor side.

In WHITEWATER you will have a problem sitting on the visitors' side as the visitor's bleachers have been condemed and are scheduled to be removed prior to game day.  John fans will have to either stand or bring folding chairs if they want to sit behind their team.

It sure was easy to push the WIAC board to 1k pages.  As for the lack of visitor stands, don't facilities have to meet certain standards to host games in the playoffs?

Congrats to the Hawks on the at large bid. Johnnies, don't get too excited on the way home. It's a long drive as you know from the past two playoff games (YES YOU WILL LOSE)
Also congrats to the pointers for winning the conference Yeah I know they tied with the Hawks but TIES are for losers and the pointers beat the hawks in head to head so in my mine they win it out right. Like I said Ties are for LOSERS, and the hawks are and never will be LOSERS. Unlike the Johnnies from that town called Collegeville.
