If the Bearcats win, you send me, ahhh... ummmm... I can't think of any Wisconsin product that's comparable (a Harley would certainly be too much!). But I'm open to suggestion. Not too interested in Cheese (being so close to Tillamook and Bandon)...

If you're not that hot on cheese may I suggest a foam cheesehead.  They are, unfortunately, Wisconsinish and may save your life in an airplane crash.

I'm guessing you misunderstood Bearcat Fan's post. Tillamook makes the best cheddar you'll ever taste.

First time I have been home in four years for Thanksgiving....fun to be with family and freinds (and working) but wish I was traveling to Oregon!! Can't wait to see the Hawks shut down the fly offense and put up an air attack of there own.  Donovan dominates and the WR's humiliate Willamette's Db's in a laugher....UWW 34 WU 13!!! After the game Willamette's coach doesn't say....there as good as JUST ABOUT anyone of the team's we've faced (is he an idiot??).  He says, "THEY ARE  BY FAR THE BEST!"

Champs.....glad that you had a fun time with the fam, I'm sure Iowa was rockin.......first time the last 3 years that I hadn't been preparing for a game before Thanksgiving.....good to see the family in SW Wisco. and watch some football.......IMO, there isn't a coaching staff that prepares the way UWW's staff prepares on both sides of the ball.....Anthony White has at least 2 sacks, Jace Rindahl has 10 tackles, Donovan throws for 200 and 2 TDs, Antwan Anderson and Coppage both run for 100+ and the Fly gets "swatted" by Borland and the boys......Hawks 38 Bearcats 7

ps....Champs, hope the Cyclones can recruit some more Troy Davises and Seneca Wallaces in the coming years to resurrect the program

When not saving your life, they do a good job holding your Doritos and WISCONSIN cheese dip , too!  (there's such a thing as Oregon cheese? - wow, never had any idea)

I bit out of context, but yeah - it's a great quote. Speck was specifically referring to the running backs they've seen this season (namely Whitworth and Oxy) in comparison to Lovell Coppage and the other UW-W RB's. Much the same as Wisconsin cheese, PBR is ultimately palatable, but when you live in the Microbrew capital of North America, you become a bit spoiled by hand-crafted beers.

We are so spoiled out here with all our good beers and local breweries. Even smaller towns often have a couple brew pubs.

I hope our Wisconsin friends have time to sample the local products on their visit.

As do many good old rivalries this could start to be a UW-W vs. the NWC.

In the good old days the Mayor of McMinnville and the mayor of Salem would bet on the WU vs. Linfield game each year. the bet was usually  a Turkey ( from turkey town USA ) and Cherries from the Salem  area.

I can see a bet of Wisconsin vs.Oregon........ It's all in fun anyway.
