Carleton 13 Cornell 7 at the half

Fumble-itis has hit the Rams again.

2 fumbles in the 1st half.  One on the Carleton 25, one on the Carleton 14.

Both times we had the Knight defense on their heels.

Carleton is having its way with our D, so we sure could use the Offense to cash in on opportunities and keep the Carleton offense off the field.

Not the theory that I promised but possibly valid nonetheless...

I just received a call informing me that the local Chipotle has pulled my bidness card from the fishbowl!

On Tuesday, 10 other Spa Engineers and I will be treated to free lunch!   

Some of this good fortune is bound to trickle out to Jr. and the Rams.   8)

The other theory:
I was hoping that Carleton would look past us to their next game vs. Bethel.

BTW,

The 2nd fumble was a killer with chance to take it in (after starting on the Cornell 4) and take a lead at the half after getting run up and down the field.

Coe 11 first downs to GA's 5 @ half
Questionable decision by Coe QB to pass for a TD with 7 minutes before half lead to a GA interception at the Coe 2.  Appeared as though the QB had a clean run to the end zone.  Clean game otherwise.

Loras now up 31-14 midway through the 3rd. Ben McMahon has three TD catches. He's starting to look like the reciever we thought he could be coming into the program.  

McGrew just ran for a 50 yard TD as I was posting. 31-14 Loras.

A 14-13 lead pissed away by turnovers and inability to seal a deal.

Oh and it would be nice to stop giving up 60 Yard+ pass plays.
