Thunderbolt....

My son and I will probably not make it to the Simpson game.....long, long trip.  See you at a later game.

Maybe when the Dutch come to town. Is your son a Luther grad also?

I am planning on skipping out of work a little early Friday, and spending the night in Indianola. Any suggestions from Storm fans on places to stay and visit, while we're there would be appreciated.
I wouldn't stay in Indianola......I'd stop and stay in the DM metro.
I hadn't considered that. Thanks, I see by map quest that it's closer to DM than I thought.

I bet a majority of those people actually had good test scores but socially and common sense smart they had none. As for the people who didn't make it out in four years...it is becoming more and more common for people to go an extra semester or year everywhere. I can't even begin to name the people who had to go a little bit longer because of switching majors or transferring in or having to drop a block for illness which is a luxury at Cornell I believe because you don't lose as much as you would in the semester plan.

SK, you didn't transfer or switch majors...was there an illness I was unaware of that caused the 5 year plan for you?

Joesicitis.
That and he was down with the sickness.

That was one of my afflictions, as well as Pour House Syndrome and OPitis.

I tend to have symptoms OPitis this every time I'm in Waverly, too....

I'm still recovering from OPitis from Monday night.
Memo to self: Self, don't eat half a sausage pizza, drive 100 miles and go to bed at 11:30pm and expect to have normal digestive function the next day!

Normal digestive function??? I wondered that every morning I woke up from eating BV's servery food...

True dat.  I think it took me three times eating the old pizza pockets in the Wartburg caf to realize that unless I wanted to spend a number of hours on the pooper that night, I'd better avoid the pizza pockets.

Never ate pizza pockets or tried to get my money's worth of chicken fillets on days with football practice.
You come to Wartburg to play for championships

How do you get rid of the poll at the top of this board? I can't vote until a third choice is offered:

Neither!

8 NCAA football playoff appearances
13 straight wins over Cornell in the oldest football rivalry west of the Mississippi

Chicken fillets were clutch.  There were many times that I chose day-old chicken fillets over whatever else was on the menu.

Chicken patty day and chicken nugget day usually let to a fat out in the survery followed by a flood in the bathroom.  Loved those days, but paid for them brutally afterwards.
