Congrats to the Knights on an outstanding post season run! I was away from the computer all weekend (which, is actually a refreshing change of pace) I had 18 pages to catch up on, hence the late reply. Reading through the game updates, I really felt you guys had a chance. Be proud of your season!

Back to work for the '09 season!

Congrats to the Knights on a GREAT year.

One note about the upperclassmen on this years team. They spent 2 off seasons w/out a "W" or PEC. I saw these guys doing stretching and running in a parking out all winter long @ 6am and then lifting in a building that had seen it's better days and space was lacking

I believe his greatest legacy comes not in how many football games he won or lost but in the fact that he was a committed follower of Jesus Christ.

For all you IIAC loyalists out there ...

We've tried to help Warthog with a license plate ...

And we've tried to determine just how Buena Vista is properly pronounced ...

Now for something I have in mind for this board ... using a 2-step process:

Step 1:  In the next 72 hours, who here can come up with a "motto" which truly represents what our IIAC board is all about.

Post your suggestions here and the "winner" will be announced by the end of the week.  As the "old retired guy" on the board, I will select the winning motto ... based on creativity, humor, originality, etc. etc.

Step 2:  You'll find out when Step 1 is completed.

Ok, too long for our motto.  That was from a song on the Bob and Tom show describing driving I-80 across Iowa, can't remember who sang it.

doolittledog reminds me that the motto needs to be limited to 64 characters or less.
