Too good a game for questionable late calls.  Great football game.  A lot of heart shown by the Dutch.  I'm still shaking.  Thanks for a great week of banter guys.
My wife and I are Alumni of both UMHB and HSU.  You think you are confused, my kids don't know which Purple and Gold team to pull for.

Congratulations Coe. Good luck in the rest of the playoffs! :)

Bush league call. Absolute f!@#ing horse!@#$. Offsides called on the kicker after Central recovers but no flag thrown. UMHB recovers second onside kick. Ball game UMHB 42 CUI 40. Great comeback by the Dutch. Blocked XP hurt us big time. Young team with a lot of playmakers coming back next year. This team isn't going away anytime soon.

Purple Heys

Central took too long to solve the UMHB defense...

UHMB looked every bit like a team that really is the 3rd best D3 team in the country.

Great game by UMHB. Assuming Linfield wins, thats another long flight. Great job by the Kohawks. Nothing against the Johnnies, but it shows that maybe the first round pairings weren't as well matched up as they thought. Any UMHB backers, I'll support ya throughout.

Coe takes out the Johnnies.

No surprise here, IMHO...

In the Pick 'ems I took both Coe and Central.

I really didn't see that 2nd through 3rd Quarter swoon coming from the Dutch.  Got to give UMHB credit for putting the pedal to the metal during that time.

Somewhat of a stain on the game for that BS offside call from....wait for it....the Minnesota officiating crew.

Great heart shown by the Dutch today, I think UMHB will win the "SJU" bracket. I thought the winner of that game would win it, Central/UMHB.

Ive never seen an offsides call on the kicker on and onside kick, pretty bushleague call by our Minne referees!

Congrats to UMHB, go to the Stagg!! I will for sure be cheering for you guys.

Central - You guys have a pretty young team that just about won against a team that is prerennially deep in the playoffs and has been to the Stagg, not sure how this years UMHB team stacks up to those of the past but the Dutch arent far off from being there in my opinion.

It sucks that the seedings were so messed up, the 1 seed gets beat at home by a team we beat easily and we are the 3 seed...give me a damn break.

Congrats to Coe, way to go up to Collegeville and win! Good Luck next week!

I'm so happy 'cause today I found my friends. They're in my head.  I'm so ugly, that's okay, 'cause so are you!

Purple Heys

UMHB played nearly flawless for 3 quarters.  Central was really on their heels early in the 3rd Quarter.

I was impressed by how the Dutch picked it up and turned things around.

UMHB totally took Zachary out of the mix.  Snead really stepped it up.  This will help him for next year.

Congrats to Coe.  Looks like all of the visitors except CLU will win.  I guess we'll see what "there are no seeds" means.

Had a delay on this post.
My son had to use the defibrillator to bring me back.

Congratulations to the CRU!

A special Congratulaions to the Dutch. What a season you gave us to watch. To the seniors, Wow and Thank You! ;D

Comparing scores doesn't necessarily mean anything, though. Coe barely beat Gustavus, which got crushed by St. John's. Not that St. John's was an overwhelming No. 1 seed but they did what they had to to earn the top seed, or theoretical top seed (and they did outgain them by 200 yards, 6 turnovers...not so good). But Coe made the big plays to win and hopefully take down the Tommies as well.
