Looks like 34-28 Central now. Is that correct?  :o  I have Oshkosh in 2 pickems!! Anybody knows how much time is left?

Oshkosh takes over the their own 20 with 1:08 left in the game.  34-28 Central

North Central just sacked QB, Fumble!  North Central picks it up and walks it in 35-7.

This is now a play for respect and to finish strong.

Make that that 2 of your pick-ems were wrong.

Insult to injury, Cornell gets picked at the 15.  0-4 in the red zone on the day.

We know what we need to work on.

Bring on Macalester.

Any word on Luther and St. Olaf?  Didn't see the results on their teams website.

With losses by Simpson, Loras, BV, Cornell, doesn't look like my IIAC sweep in the pick 'em is going well.

Although if Luther won and wins tonight by Coe and Wartburg, that would put us at 5-4 for week 1.  Good luck to the Kohawks and Knights!

Congratulations to UW-Oshkosh on bringing their A game.  Not one turnover went to the Dutch today and we were uncharacteristicly generous on special teams play and defense much of the day.  But the Central D really stepped up at the end of the game to preserve the win.

It wasn't quite the game I expected to see from the Dutch, but they did what they had to do to win and given the emotionally tragic week, it was a great win.  Nice to see the team pick Coach Mac to lead them in the school song choras and cheer after the win.

St O 28    Luther 21
Luther is a much improved team but the Ole transfer QB and RB Clark moved the Oles very well.  Luther scored in the last few seconds to give them 21 points.
Simpson will have their hands full when they go to Northfield.

It was good to see Coach Mc leading the song at the end.  You said it well HATS off to UWO.  They played very well.  The came up with stops and scored when they needed to.  I thought UWO had a good offense but I think there problem in the WIAC will be the defense.  They only stopped Central once in the second half.  Good to see the Dutch work hard and come up with a win after a very trying week for Coach.

Play with Passion  Coach Ron Schipper
