All the best to Dolittle. He needs to be back up and about.

This may be the first time I completely 100% agree with you  ;)

On a serious note, I am sure his wife and kids miss him and want him home soon. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.

A Central man, a Simpson man and Paris Hilton walk into a bar.  They all have a couple of snorts and finally Paris says to the Central man, "you're kind of cute but I think I will be leaving with the other guy."  Being a Central man he is used to his women being both beautiful and intelligent so he isn't particularly disappointed, but he does ask, "what made you decide on the other guy?"  And Paris says, "it is the first chance I've ever had to go on a date and be the smart one."

A Simpson FB player was sitting at the end of the bar by himself, drinking a beer.  As the evening wore on, the bartender watched as the kid sort of mumbled to himself, and occasionaly burst into laughter.  Finally, the bartender approached the Simpson player and asked, "Hey, what are you doing?  I've been watching you sit all by yourself, any you've been  mumbling and laughing all night long -- what gives?"

And the Simpson player replied, "oh, I've been telling myself some jokes.  Some I've heard, and some I haven't."

Since I'm fairly ugly, it probably would be a good idea if I wore a mask regardless if his condition is contagious or not.

The BPD3 Level System Top 25 unveiled:

NOTE:
BPD3 Level System Top 25
To add to the intrigue and fun of the ranking system, I am creating "Levels" within the Top 25. In the "Level System", I will be grouping teams that are reasonably comparable in my opinion and exposing where I believe there is a drop-off of some kind between ranks.

Is there anyone "intruding" on Level 1 with UW-W and Mount Union?

Where do the "breaks" occur between levels?

What level is Coe in?  What about Central?

Sorry to hear about Dolittle and wishing him a speedy recovery.

I have to admit, I have been enjoying the jokes during rivalry week. I'd add my own about Lorass but I am not very funny.

I just hope the Spartans don't have a hangover after their great effort last week and instead come out pissed at the Coe loss and take care of business early and often against the duhawks.

Funny but true story.........a person affiliated with UD was at a restaurant this summer and noticed a young man wearing a lorass football shirt. He asked him if he played football for Lorass and the young man said "Yes". He asked how he felt about the team this year and the lorass football player said something to the extent that he felt very good about his team and they will be very good this year.

The person affiliated with UD then asked what the Lorass football player thought of the "other" team in town. The Lorass football player said "they aren't very good".

UD finished 4th last year. Lorass finished 8th (tied with Cornell) and broke cornell's conference losing streak. Of course on paper, his statement is far from true. If anything, it is exactly the opposite so how can this young man have his thought process so twisted  ???

It's simple.........Lorass beat UD last year so no matter how bad they are, the Spartans need to take care of business this week so their players aren't so delusional. Sure, I would rather lose to Lorass and finish in the top 4 in the conference but there is no reason we can't have both.

I have no question the coaches will strategically place the team in the position to win. It's up to the players to eliminate mental mistakes with turnovers and penalties and just play to their potential.

Good luck Spartans!!! The Spartan Nation is counting on you!!!!

A Simpson College football player walks into the doctors office and removes his hat to reveal a frog sitting on top of his head. The doctor asks, "What can I do for you?"
The frog replies, "Can you take this wart off my butt?"

;D  Have I mentioned that I love Simpson/Central week? Go Dutch!

This week I am cheering for the University of Dubuque and Doolittledog.  Not necessarily in that order Go Doolittledog!

After a particularly heavy snow, a Simpson man is out walking.  He comes to the railroad tracks where the snow plow has just lately been by so he starts walking on the tracks.  A train approaches so he starts to run, but he isn't fast enough and gets flattened like a Storm running back trying to get through the Central defense.  Off in the distance a Simpson man and a Central man witness the whole thing.  The Central man said, "Geeze, why didn't he get off of the tracks?"  And the Simpson man says, "Ya stupid Dutchman!  He wasn't fast enough on the tracks.  Don't you know how much slower he would have been in this deep snow?"

Sorry.  If Simpson was having a better year I would be inspired to come up with better jokes.

Not that I'm saying.......but I'm saying that I heard through a post, that was added in a private message, which was then rumored that.....
a ski mask would probably be more appropriate.  :o

We're all praying for a speedy recovery for you D-Dog!  ;D

The Simpson fans thought they would show their support by bringing umbrellas with their team colors to the football games. They told the players the reason for the umbrellas was because there was a Mighty 'Storm' coming in town.

During the game the players were standing all proud looking at their fans holding the umbrellas. Thinking to themselves, the Mighty 'Storm' is here!

Little did they know that the fans brought the umbrellas so they could tip them forward and not watch the game!  ;D

While Yes, I'm biased, the fact that you have Coe down to 13th, Central at 18th and dropped St. John's out of "your" Top 25 makes me want to give you little credit.
