Any predictions on the Augustana  vs Dubuque game

I feel pretty safe with these predictions:
1) They'll be playing football.
2) There will be a kickoff at some point.
3) Michael Zweifel with have a lot a footballs thrown at him (not all at once)

In fact the one I feel best about is number 3.

Curious? What happened to taking questions from the on line listeners? I didn't hear one?

I don't know if I've laughed this hard all year! I'm having trouble typing this. That was hilarious! ;D :) :D

Is anyone going to set up IIAC Pick 'Ems?  I'm the wrong guy to do it since I pretitioned my way out of the math requirement at UD ... the statistics requirement for my graduate work at UNI ... and the only numbers I needed to know for seminary were 7 ... 40 ... 10 ... 612 ... and 3.

It looks like I will be driving down to Olivet College on Saturday and watching the #229 rated Comets host the #209 rated Cornell College Rams.

+K on this one!

I like Cornell's week 1 matchup. Playing North Central right out of the gate isn't exactly easing into the season. I'm not saying that Olivet College will be like playing a middle school squad but I can realistically expect Cornell to come home with a win.

I wonder if we can talk '65 into doing push-ups after every Cornell score???  ;D

From the Wartburg e-mail to Knight Fans:
Monmouth College doesn't allow tailgating on campus, but has established a location relatively near April Zorn Memorial Field. Just look for Derek Samson and the Wartburg Football flag to find your fellow Knights.

Location:
Corner of North Sixth St. and East Jackson, Monmouth
Turn South off of Rt. 34 at the stop light onto North Sixth St.
Grassy area South of Cavanagh Motors Building/Lot

This is the definition I found for Football Scouting Report....
1. To explore carefully in order to obtain information
2. To observe and evaluate

I just never seen it applied to Tailgating?  :D

Now THAT is funny! I guess Earl didn't want to do the show anymore!

I guess the term "relatively near" means somewhere within the state's boundaries. From the map it looks like quite a walk to the stadium. NKD might need to set up a refueling station about halfway to the stadium, or they might not make it back after the "halftime festivities". ;)

In looking at the aerial view I would guess the tailgating is about a half mile from the stadium.  I think we find some guy with about a .20 blood/alcohol to run a shuttle service and drive us back & forth.

The tailgate area to campus distance should be adequate to protect the saintly Monmouth students, parents, alumni, and fans from being exposed to the ruffians who will invade their peaceful little campus on Saturday.

I'm trying to find a place/site where it shows all the games this week for the IIAC grouped together
or do I need to go to each teams site?
