Per their facebook page, Dubuque gets their 8 spring practices in between April 8th and April 27th.

I'm still trying to figure out a way to need to make a trip to Dubuque so I can also take in a practice

Good one Warthog Laughed at the use of the smilies.  +k  The only one I think Luther has a shot at is BV at home.  Luther plays better at home and BV is a long haul so if Luther is to get to 3 W's I think that is one that they can get.

You might throw St Olaf into the mix for a possible W as well.  I know, I know, St Olaf always beats Luther.  But the last 3 years have all been decided by 7 points or less, the game is in Decorah this year, and the Oles will also have a new coach roaming the sidelines this season that was just hired within the past month.  It's a possibility anyway.

I do agree somewhat. Usually when a new coach takes over, there is a new  excitement and of course new systems and coaches. So, the excitement and surprise element will play in their favor early on and might get a couple early wins but eventually, every team gets video and will figure out their new systems and you are still dealing with the same players from last years team and new ones (mostly freshman). So, I foresee a 3-7 record as well. 4-6 a possibility.

You raise good points but the one thing I took from your comment New system, New coaches will the players there fit that system?  If they do we will be surprised by a 4-6, 5-5 season or better.  If they don't maybe 2-8 or dare I say 1-9.  Time will tell and that is what is great about sports in general and especially football.  You have to play the games to see who wins.  That pointy little ball can take some unusual bounces at times and change the games outcome.  That is why the underdog is never out in football.

It's offseason, not a whole lot to talk about. 

I stumbled across some youtube highlights from 10/06/1966.  UD beats Billie Penn 34-14.  Joe Chlapaty would have been on that UD team.  Plus many players DBQ1965 would have known from his UD days.
