Yaaaaawwnnnn...What'd I miss?    8-)

Cornell left the IIAC and joined the MWC.  :D  ;)

I had this horrible dream that the Rams left the IIAC for some rinky dink conference and they tore out the grass field, and replaced the Ram logo at midfield with some nondescript letter C, but they actually won more than 2 games but it really didn't matter cuz they still got whomped by Coe, and that Luther was winless and that Rich Daddy Chipotle at Dubuque was still building new football buildings and nobody heard anything from Wartburg guys anymore and that Mrs. Dolittle was doing pick 'ems, like forever more and that some team other than UW-W went to the Stagg Bowl...

And now you're telling me this all happened?!?
You can't leave me....all the plants will die.

There, there.  It was just a nightmare.  Go back to sleep.

Feeling better now? ;D

Last year @Loras, Elmhurst won 36-0...this year @ Elmhurst they won 35-9

While it is true that Elmhurst lost a lot on both sides of the ball, Loras lost all but 1 starter from their O-line...so a similar result I think should have been expected.  And, uh, Loras did improve by 10 points over last season...so that's a positive  ;)

We need Heys to stick around, we need his humor on here.  And what did happen to all the Wartburg fans?  If you look back, they almost all disappeared within a few days of each other.  Did Willis put out a cease and desist notice for Knights fans on this site?

Still here reading, just haven't posted much as schedule has been pretty hectic! Hopefully things will slow down so I can be more active on the board. It looks like I may have to go on the recruiting trail to get a few more Warts back on here!!

I don't care if it does look like a pole building (most other indoor practice facilities do as well), 20 years ago an indoor practice facility and dorms with elevators were unthinkable for UD.

Now, which will be the next school in the IIAC with one of these???

Fannosaurus Rex

The Yahoo forecasted high in Pella tomorrow is 97!!!  I don't believe everything I read on the internet but I expect it will be plenty warm.  I wonder if more season openers will be night games in the future to avoid the hazards of global warming?  Or do I have to go on the politics page to mention global warming?

Time to roll Knights!!!!!!!

Well duh. Haha. I think there were a few 8-man teams last night that could suit up and take out macmurray today.

Of the competitive games today, which is everyone most looking forward to? Obviously I wanna see how much central improved vs Oshkosh, but more interesting will be DBQ and their transfers vs a mid level WIAC team
