Don't forget you've got an extra hour tonight.
You come to Wartburg to play for championships

Interesting technique.
I'm more of the traditional bottoms up type of guy myself.
I used to roll that way, too, but like Central...I've gone against tradition (what the Hell is a forward pass?). ;D

Wireless internet is a great thing-
Wife is here on the couch beside me engrossed in her book. I've got the computer on my lap and football on the tube. She doesn't even know I'm ignoring her right now.
Word.  LOL!

I think we beat you by a year only in going to the shotgun. Probably the last 2 teams in the IIAC to put it in. Not sure about Cornell or Loras though.

Ok,

With UD stumbling today I think the COY comes down to Coack K and Coach Mac.  I think Jackson's performance today was not the top of his game.  To have the MVP from a 3 loss team won't happen IMO.  Jackson had ok stats but nothing great and he gave up two fumbles on that was turned into 6.  I now see UD and Coe finishing where they did last year tied for 3rd if the Kohawks beat their rivals in Cedar Rapids this week.  So with no improvement in UD's record I think that this leaves it up to the match up in Waverly for the title and COY.

I think you're right. In which case, they may as well start engraving now. Does he prefer Jeff or Jeffrey?

RE:
"Devine you calm down...were on here to speculate and all and you would be doing the same thing if it was a Central player! haha If he plays next week it will look very suspicious in my book. Didnt see him on the sidelines today but also dont know what he looks like."

few things here:  1)   that is me being "calm"   2 ) If some Central "Saint" called a guy a homo or fag or whatever names he used, I  wouldn't be on here calling for his head/suspension/jail sentencing as you have been with Yordi. So don't assume

What's your reasoning on  him playing next week as being "suspicious"?

3) "didn't see him on the sidelines today but also dont know what he looks like"
This statement makes zero sense and someone needed to point this out to you. Hopefully you had been drinking heavily when you wrote that and if so i can let it slide.  ;D

Where were all the Knight fans today?? Seemed like a small crowd for the 13th team in the country or something like that. They brag about their home attendance but there might not have been a couple hundred Knight fans there today!
Perhaps the suspensions were more widespread than we know.  ::)

On to next week and our game in the slums against the Kochickens!!!
Bring it Barney! Normally I say throw out the stats when these two meet, but not this time. It's gonna be a beat down.

I have a question before we just start crowning all these awards to Central.

how can you be "conference" COY with a loss compared to a coach with "0" conference losses?

I know there's no chance of WB winning this week, but just in case they pull off a miracle.

PS, there was a little bit of sarcasm in my last post for those of you who don't know me

P.S. Have you ever even been to CR? I've lived in your fair city so I know our "slums" don't measure up.

Because a road loss to Wartburg isn't nearly as bad as a home loss to Augsburg. But mostly just because it's the evil empire.

A little Coe-Cornell trivia: Do you know why Cornell calls its gym the Small Multi-Sport Center?

So players and coaches across all sports don't feel inferior.  ;D

Congrats to the Knights and all other victors this week.  Also, big congrats to the lady Knights for winning the soccer championship and a little congrats to Loras men for taking the tourney title.  Hopefully, both Loras AND WB will make the playoffs for both men and women's soccer.

So Charlie... how do you figure it'll be a beatdown?  I'd say to STILL throw everything out the window.  In your estimation, a HUGELY more talented team put up 4 points less and only 70 more yards against the Knights.  And THAT is coming when they should've been ridiculously PUMPED to stick it to their former teammate (and for T to actually take it to his former school).  Just to take off the orange blinders... you had equal performance against the Dutch also on offense with the Kohawks scoring 3 more points than Cornell was able to put up and putting up 35 extra yards.  So throw everything out the window... it is Coe/Cornell this week, and it'll be a game whether you like it or not.

Knights... use all the "conspiracy" talk as bulletin board material this week.  Whether Yordi plays or not, do what you do best and things will turn out positively for you.

I won't be as bold as my friend WH... but I still say Wartburg wins by 10 in a game that is not quite as close as the score says.  Central's D is way too bend but don't break... Wartburg's D has been break the opponent all year long.  GO KNIGHTS!  Beat the wood shoes!!!
The only thing capable of cutting Chuck Norris is Chuck Norris...
