Any predictions for this years Stagg Bowl Champion?

Looks like Whitewater might have a tough time if scores are an indication.  The other three teams in the semifinals seem to have dominated their competition with a 56 point win out there and a 27 point win.

Well, two monkey stomps by Whitewater would make the Knights look good, but I don't see it happeneing. More likely Mount Union and MHB in the Stagg Bowl. I'll take MHB to be different.

I've got MHB and Mount in my bracket pickem with Mount winning.  So I say MU with another title over MHB... but I'd like to see WWW represent the West and prove me wrong.

I am going to pick the non favorties.  UWW vs. Wheaton for the all the marbles.  I think Wheaton is going to get the job done.  They are far stronger than Bethel was a year ago and I think they will beat the Purple Raiders in a close one!

Favorite May Term Memory---Enviromental Chemistry, Dr. Drolet (sp?) got kicked in the mouth by one of his kids at soccer practice and could not talk for like 3 weeks.  The "lecture" part of the class met for 10 minutes and the lab consisted of walking down to the river to "test" water samples. 

Outdoor Rec...we talked Miller into going to the park to play tailgating drinking games (mexican horseshoes, washers, bags) and frisbee golf.  Also, the trip down to Arkansas was priceless, especially the travesty that was Branson on the way back.  I can still remember a group of people walking past Miller with cases of beer and him saying, "there is no way in hell you pussies can drank all that beer."

September 5 hosting the BV Beavers and September 12 on the road against the UD Spartans.

UW Platteville released a "tentative" 2009 football schedule today which includes two IIAC teams ...
September 5 hosting the BV Beavers and September 12 on the road against the UD Spartans.

Is that a night game?  My wife enjoyed the Rockford night game so much she wants to go again next season if UD keeps having 1 or 2 night games per year.  I won't argue with her on that. 

I just answered my own question.  6pm start on Sept. 12th.
