My wife running a daycare meant I was bannished to the upstairs...with no computer.  The plus side was I was able to watch ESPN all day...in between naps.

No laptop and a wireless home network?

I keep telling my wife that is what we need next out here.  We shall see.

On a side note, saw some other "related" videos on YouTube and saw a LateKnight fake promo that features SK himself.

For the record, I am not the one on the right in that opening shot.

I finally had time to watch that -- good stuff, SK! Ivanka, er I mean George would have been proud!

The Wii can also connect to the Internet and you can get a wireless keyboard for $30 and log onto D3Football and send messages that way too.   ;)

I have all the necessary components to do that. I will have to try sometime. I have yet to play with my Wii on the 'net.  (insert joke here) Come on SK, I know you want to.

Wireless internet and a dvr should be available in every home...when we moved last month, we went w/out wireless internet for a couple of weeks AND IT WAS A ROUGH COUPLE OF WEEKS!

Funny thing is that I was in both that deal and an 'American Idol' spoof even though I've never seen either show.

Found this ...

A number of schools at the Division II and Division III levels have shown an interest in River Falls offensive lineman/defensive lineman Luke Johnson (5-11, 215).

The list includes Michigan Tech, Colorado School of Mines, Missouri A&T, Case Western Reserve University, Washington University, Hamline University, Macalester College and Cornell College.

Case Western Reserve University, Washington University and Macalester College seem to be the most interested at this time.

Johnson was a WFCA honorable-mention all-state, WFCA all-region, Eau Claire Leader-Telegram first-team all-area and first-team all-conference selection on the offensive line.

He also earned second-team all-conference honors as a defensive lineman.

KCDutch,

where did you move to? I need some ideas.  We've been looking to move off and on for past year- i managed to sell my house in 13 days so now I'm really under the gun to find something.  We're looking OP, Olathe, Lenexa

SK,
Your cousin wants to put a wager on your hometown cascade gals against my Denver Cyclones.
I'm sure you attended most of their games this year, how many points should I be getting?

You should have asked more for it.

I was down in KC last weekend for "professional development"
Spent Friday at NWMS and Central Mo St.
Spend most of Saturday with the staff of Blue Valley HS. They've got a good thing going there.
Spent way to much of Saturday night at old Chicago teaming up with Dusty Kain to win some money at darts from an old B10 QB.

I actually only saw them play about a game and a half.  One was a Starmont when I got there too early for the boys game and wasn't really paying attention.  The other was when I shot the first 3/4 of their playoff opener against Monticello a couple weeks ago.  I did hear from a former Wartburg admissions counsellor and assistant baseball coach that was at Denver's substate game, and he says he doesn't think they're very good.  Best advice I can give you (although why I'm advising on a wager against my own blood is beyond me) is to go the over/under route and take whatever under he throws out.
