My obvious bias aside ... that is one hell of a significant accompishment.  Kudos to Coach McGovern and the UD wrestling team.  GO SPARTANS!

The Mrs. was asking me about the teams??
Told her to pick the teams that the names sounded good?
Watch out for blind lady luck everyone.... :o ::) ;D

We have 4 signed up for ESPN's Tournament Challenge for the NCAAs.  They are:  UD Spartans (yours truly), doolittledog, mrs. doolittle, and NewKnightDad1.  There is plenty of room for more.

Go to http://games.espn.go.com/tcmen/en/frontpage ... get signed in ... then look

for the group named IIAC Forever.  You will need the

password ... "IIAC 2011" ... the fill out your brackets.

Mediaguy, ArizonaDutchwoman and ArizonaDutchman have joined us now.  There still is time for others to join before the fiirst tip-off today.

Speaking of the NCAA and brackets.  1650AM is running a promo that if your bracket can beat sportsknights bracket you have a choice.  You can choose to take $100.00 or you can choose to beat him up.

Which would you choose???  :D

AZDutchman

Is the PPR column the most possible points you can get?
If it is...mines getting lower (lowest).  :(

No, no choice!

You obviously didn't listen to the ad closely enough.

Nope, I listened very closely.  There were two definate choices with the station suggesting we choose option B...beat you up.  There is no way I would EVER embellish the facts on something I heard in the hopes of someone on here suffereing personal harm  ;)

After the Thursday/Friday games I was doing pretty well.  After the Saturday games...not so much.  Very bad day for me in the pool yesterday.  I just have to hope for others to suffer misfortune today :D

I'm experiencing misfortune all over the household with the Mrs.
She's going to take the $100 and beat me up (not Sportsknight)
and she's not even going to be kind enough to wait until the end of the tournament! >:(

The Dubuque Spartans have improved their chances in the IIAC football race next year by adding former Knight player and student assistant, Jon Kyte, to the Spartan Football staff.  Jon's a good guy, but not so good that I would prefer the Spartans rather than the Knights.  Best wishes to the UD for a 2nd place finish.   ;)
