I have a feeling Wartburg or Coe will win the title seeing as how Coe has the tie breaker between the two of them I know it won't be a split. How many teams will the IIAC even get in this year. 1 for sure but can we get a 2nd in? And what are the tie breakers if there is a 3 way tie?

Norwegian King visits Luther tomorrow!

After watching Wartburg's very close emotionally draining game at the University of Dubuque last Saturday, I am very concerned about the Knights' homecoming this weekend.  There are plenty of pitfalls that could ruin homecoming after a day like last Saturday.

Loras becomes the 2nd conference school...after UD, to add Womens Lacrosse as a varsity sport.

I had heard that Loras was thinking about adding lacrosse.  I guess it makes sense, its popularity is spreading from the east coast and I know the ACT/SAT scores for the sport are up there with women's cross country.  Seems like a low risk/high reward move.

I would guess we could find a parking spot for the bus within easy walking distance of Walston-Hoover Stadium.  This would probably be a better recruiting tool than my previously suggested cotton candy machine.

Wartburg could incorporate the two ideas.  There is probably a very good chance that one of the performers on the bus goes by the stage name of Candy Cotton.
