But not 4 more years to pay for college ;)

I was told Dubuque reports Aug. 11th...when do the other schools show up?  And when to you suspect rosters will get posted??

North Central reports Aug. 11th as well. Their roster of returning players is up. I would guess the official roster will be updated during camp.

This kid needs medication ... GO NORSE! ;)

QuoteWAPELLO, Iowa - In the end, football won out.
After months of wrestling with the decision, Wapello senior standout Taylor Jacobsmeier - an all-stater in football and basketball - decided he'll play football at Division III Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, next fall. ... "When I visited up there, I didn't find anything wrong with the school. I like the coaching staff. I like the facilities." ...

He doesn't need anything other than a couple new o-linemen.
What he said makes sense.  When he visited places like Luther he found things wrong.  At Wartburg everything was perfect - it has everything from chocolate air in the mornings during two-a-days all the way to Warthog tailgates on Saturdays during the season.

FBD: "I didn't know touchdown was French."

Word from the Dutch camp this spring is that they brought in a new coach that parallels or exceeds passion and intensity brought by the former D-coordinator Pfantz...at least they filled that hole.  :P

Sightings of a new Wartburg football player in Waverly this morning.  This one is a DE.  Word is he will be quite an impact player for the Knights.

His name is Ben.  Coach Willis can't pencil him into the two deeps quite yet.

He was just born this morning at the Waverly Hospital and his 8.5 pound frame probably needs a little bulking up before he takes the field.

(The Warthog family grows again.)

That's hard to believe. Pfantz could get you jacked up to go grocery shopping if he wanted to.

From what I gather he is dbacks coach that comes up from Mary-Hardin Baylor. A younger guy who will surely bring a new perspective to the staff.

DuHawks are the obvious pre-season #1 for the IIAC. Heard they have some high caliber recruits coming in.

No doubt Duhawk football takes the conference. I guess they have Tom Brady's nephew throwing the ball around for them??
